Had a great experience here. The staff is very nice , supportive, and welcoming. If you’re a guy looking to get a vasectomy done here , I would highly recommend it . I felt comfortable and the procedure was very easy and quick . Dr Johnson was wonderful .

The staff was pleasant, informative and very caring. Im so happy I chose to come here to have my procedure done. The Dr. was amazing and the nurse was also as great, caring and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Im very happy with my experience here. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this place! I went 3 months ago to get my depo shot and was a bit nervous because Id never been there before but was quickly comfortable as soon as I arrived! They were not busy, I was seen at the exact time my appointment was scheduled. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, the doctor was great! Awesome demeanor, kind, and most importantly, judgment-free! She answered all my questions, informed me of all my options and did a thorough yet comfortable PAP! I was/am very impressed with this clinic and suggest it to all my girl friends! Also, when the end of my 3 months was getting near and it was about to be time for my next shot, I was sent a text message reminding me to make an appointment while suggesting available times that I could book! 💛💜💛💜

Zero respect for the time and needs of their patients. If you have masshealth becareful....... honestly felt like a money grab from the beggining. Called and was very clear about what i needed & was very clear that i wasnt looking to come in and have my time wasted. Do you guys provide what i need here? Yes, Im told. Seems like the girl booking the appointment tuned out once she heard Masshealth. I asked her to check with her supervisor and make sure before the appointment. She pushed me to book because it was in the description of their website & regardless if it wasnt done there they would be able to refer me to the right location. Showed up early just to be told it would be a little delay because they are backed up. 1 hr later im seen by the doctor so that she could tell me in 2min & 40 seconds that im in the wrong place and they cant help me. If you have Mass health beware of places like these just looking for some quick money. Extremely unprofessional & inconsiderate, be transparent. Cheyenne V 245pm appointment 08-31

I had an amazing experience yesterday getting my BC removed. They were all so polite and welcoming. I felt super comfortable as always; I have been going there for years.

Health Quarters has always been a positive experience for me. Their doctors are extremely knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and you can tell they really care about their patients. I had a bad experience with my previous doctor, but the staff at Health Quarters made me feel comfortable and cared about. Its so important to be able to build rapport with and trust your doctor especially when it comes to womens health and Health Quarters does just that. My only regret is that after going to them for several years i had to find a new doctor due to moving away.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming.. I have never felt so comfortable with an obgyn doctor. Maria is so amazing. She is always kind and caring.

I have been coming here since I was 16 years old and will never go see anyone else. They make you feel very comfortable and are very nice. I would 100% recommend this office!

The doctor was nice . Front desk was nice. Once i went in to get taken care of there were too many personal questions being ask and it made me feel super uncomfortable.

Excellent service, the doctor there is extremely kind, she takes care of me like Im one of her children.I definably recommend 100% Ive never had a doctor attend me so well as Maria.

I had my IUD put in a week ago, and now I have to get it surgically removed because it was not inserted correctly. Worst thing ever! They clearly don’t know what they are doing. She tried twice to put the IUD in me and an OB told me she wasn’t not supposed to if it didn’t stay in place the first time she should have never tried again. So frustrated with the fact that I have to get surgery because the IUD is in my pelvis just “floating” there and can cause even more damage then what it has
