I brought my son here after he sustained an injury, and I was so relieved to find that they have x-ray equipment on-site to quickly assess the injury. It saved us from having to go to another radiology facility, and we were able to get immediate answers. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring my son was comfortable throughout the visit. The entire process, from check-in to diagnosis, was seamless and quick. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing thorough and efficient care, especially with the convenience of on-site x-rays!
The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. I felt pretty dumb coming in for sciatic pain but everyone there made me feel valid and acknowledge my degree of discomfort. I highly recommend this urgent care to everyone!
Came in as I needed help removing ear wax as it had become impacted. The wait time was a little long, but there were a decent number of people before me with more serious conditions. All the nurses and doctors were very nice throughout my entire time there and quickly they cleared up my ear canals, so it was good experience.
Walked in, seen instantly. Everyone friendly and professional. I also always appreciate when my kids (as patients) are addressed directly and listened to, rather me than being spoken to, over their heads. Quick tests, quick diagnosis and rx was ready for pick up by the time we were home. Mono sucks, poor kid, but this visit was quick and painless.
The PA who attended to me was super competent. Quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Still, she took her time to explain to me what was going on. She was really top notch. The rest of the team was also professional and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and I had no wait. Lifesaver!
Dr. Sarah was very professional and personable. She listened to me and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan. However, the nurse was not very professional. She did not give her name and was not wearing a name badge. After she took my temperature she clicked the thermometer to remove the disposable plastic cover. She didnt even aim for the trash can. It landed on the floor in front of the examining table.
The appointment time I established on line was honored. Wait time was reasonable. Staff was courteous and professional. Medical staff was thorough and the treatment plan exceeded my expectations. If ever I need help in the future, I will certainly return to them for emergent care!
We were in and out and the staff was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. The least amount of time I have ever spent at an urgent care. Thanks!
Making the online appt was a bit difficult due to insurance selections.Easy and convenient location. Not too long wait time. Nurse Practitioner Nosar was excellent. Appreciate her expertise.
Most staff were very professional and caring. But the one who led me into the examination room (11/11/2024) appeared to be very stressed (they were busy that day). She didnt bother to check my vitals and asked whats wrong with me. I said I had what appeared to be sinus infection with a low grade fever for days. Instead of measure my temperature she asked what my temperature was. I said it had been around 100 for days. She curtly cut me off saying that was not a fever and someone would come talk to me, then left the room.
I burned my foot on Saturday night and came in to see a doctor. The wait was minimal, the medical assistant was nice and efficient, Dr. Cha was caring and explained everything she was doing to treat my burn. I went in right before the clinic was about to close but everyone stayed past the closing time to treat me. Best urgent care experience I had so far.
Samara was wonderful. She was the primary health care provider. One of the techs, not all, was cold, unprofessional, and incompetent. I told her I measured a fever of 102 at home and she said she read 99, a low grade fever. Fortunately, Samara, also took my temp and verified 102.Mistakes like this are unacceptable. Moreover, health care providers should do their best to make a patient feel welcome and cared for. This tech had no positive qualities.
My daughter went to this hospital today because she had a fever. The doctors assistant had a very bad attitude. I didnt want to check COVID she was very unhappy and had a very bad attitude. I dont like this hospital. Every time my daughter is sick and has a fever, they cant find the cause, so they check COVID and let you go home. I wont go to this hospital next time. Waste of my time, bad doctors assistant..
Without any exaggeration, Nurse Practitioner Madeleine Gillwald and the Medical Assistant Mary were truly outstanding. I cut my left thumb rather badly, and being a poor patient who had never had stitches or a pain block before (which I admitted upon arrival) I was nothing less than hysterical. The empathy, support and understanding were bar none. I lack the words to describe how excellent the staff were.
Good: midday Tuesday was a 5 min wait including check in for an injury. Nurse and doctor were thorough.Bad: their office X-ray tech was out with COVID. Sent us to an old Emergency Room facility in Fairfax City near the Courthouse (20 minute drive). Waited about 50 minutes for the X-ray. Odd to often see security staff during the wait and rarely any medical staff. The only positives were the easy parking, fast check in, and comfortable waiting room seating. (Some of this review going to Fairfax)
The checkin person, the med tech young lady, and the physicians assistant were all extremely friendly, listened to me and I was diagnosed quickly. A prescription was called in and I was done in record time. I was very pleased.
I signed up for the waiting list before I left and was told I would have a spot held for me at 1:07. I arrived at 12:45 and checked it. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me until close to 1:45 after everyone waiting had been checked in, which means holding a place online was completely useless. I was finally taken back at 2:15 and had the usual checkin with one of the nurses and then waited until 3:30 to finally have a doctor come see me. I had actually gotten up and was walking out when she came by. The doctor herself was okay but she did move like molasses so I can understand why they were so backed up.
This place has gone to hell since Inova partnered with Private-equity owned Go Health. They are consistently understaffed and making an appointment means nothing anymore. I waited an hour past my appointment Dr Usman
Experience was so nice absolutely!I really appreciate all staff workThey were more than five stars !Care and Coustemer service more than five stars !Everything was so great absolutelyRespectfully yoursHappy new year!CoustemerAdnan Khafeef12/28/ 2024
Jodi is the best! No wait at all. I have been to the Vienna urgent care twice in the last several months and Jodi is the kindest nurse. She put me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable while taking my vitals. Thank you, Jodi!
They did an excellent job! Quickly seen and diagnosed by the staff. Very professional and friendly. Great to have this resource so close to our home.
Come here many times with my son to this urgent care, staff at front desk name Charis was so nice and helpful trying to found all the information with out having my insurance card.Waiting time wasn’t that longDoctors were accurate with the diagnosis and prescriptions. That’s all way that you want when you’re not feeling well.Good place to skip the long wait at the hospital.
This was the 3rd time I visited Innova Urgent Care in Vienna. Each time was a positive experience. It is a great service for our community.
The staff was incredibly professional, efficient, and compassionate. From the front staff to the physician I was greeted warmly and taken care of promptly. The x- ray tech was exceptional. The facility was clean.
Thank you for providing my son with a quick diagnosis. He ended up needing emergency surgery, and everyone at urgent care was calm but quick in escalating his care. Thank you!
I was able to make an appointment and was seen relatively quickly. The system had two pharmacies listed, and I told the nurse to delete the CVS in Vienna on Maple Avenue, but instead, the prescription went there and when I came to the Oakton CVS, they did not have the prescription ready. It had to be transferred, and as a result, I did not get my meds that day. Make sure the nurses really listen to what the patients say.
This was my second visit to this urgent care in the past 14 months. The first visit was May 2023 and was very pleasant. However, this time was not. I went to the urgent care coz of a very serious knee injury. I was checked in at the reception, waited for about 20 mins and then was asked to go to a room to see the doctor. In the room, a nurse checked my BP and temperature. After that, I waited for another 30-40 mins. No one came to tell me when a doctor would see me. I walked out to the reception asking when I would expect to see a doctor. The receptionist told me they were slow today and she didn’t have an answer. I asked the nurse and she said I would be the next, which was great. However, no doctor came. A nurse came, asked about my injuries and told me that she would refer me to Inova. No X-ray, no check of my injuries knee, nothing she had done to diagnose my injury. It was a waste of time and was a very confusing experience. The referral didn’t make any difference for me to make an Inova appointment on MyChart.
This used to be my favorite trusted spot to go to for asthma and stomach pain. Im never coming back. And you can thank Dr. Jennifer for that. I only went in there for chronic stomach pain. Growing up Ive been diagnosed with Gastritis, IBS, and right before I moved down here, with celiac. At first, she was doing her job fine. Things were just about done and she said shed be back with a referral to a GI. Im waiting. She comes in with a completely different attitude. She tells me You need to see a therapist.. To which I respond with, excuse me? Where is this coming from?! To which she tells me Im being defensive and reactive and explains to me that she went as far back as last year on my medical records. That I need to calm down because my anxiety is the problem. When I came in to that office, no one saw that I was anxious, because I wasnt. To which I tell her that she needs to stick to her job. To which she told me that shes doing this because she cares about me and she wants to make people like me better. Yo, I left. A couple days later I see that she lied on the record, saying I was treated for anxiety when I wasnt. I was nicely bullied behind the scenes (where other staff couldnt see). Yall need to stop hiring sociopaths. It went from a normal visit to a toxic condescending experience really quick. And its sad too because I only have this problem with privileged light skins. I went in for physical help and was told to get mental help because she felt like it. So disgusting. BOO! Jennifer needs a psych evaluation. Why dont hospitals have a mandatory psych evaluation as part of the hiring process?
Front desk staff as well as nurse were very short with me. Nurse did not pay attention while taking temperature in my ear, completely missed my ear and kept that reading instead of retaking. Was never greeted formally, just instructed to do things. Doctor was the best part of this urgent care.
Thank you. My visit was very good for me. I don’t recall the Physician Assistant name. But she was great. Because of her a routine visit for X-rays became a much needed visit to Fairfax Hospital where some serious issues were discovered and adressed the past couple of days. She is to be commended and I am forever grateful for her hel
This is the first time I had a negative experience at this location. I was just here two weeks ago with my son and everyone was great. Today, there was no one there (I like the open concept for this reason) and the provider didn’t even take the time to talk through the symptoms and was in there for less than two minutes.I sat in the room for another 10-15 minutes and eventually walked out and asked am I done? They didn’t even know I was still in the clinic. The front desk was very pleasant and understanding. Not sure if the providers/ma are new, but as a health provider you must have empathy and be compassionate.
Misguided Us!!I don’t appreciate getting misguided by the lady on the phone who I asked “is there a doctor on site I don’t wanna see PA” and she said “ Yes we do” before driving “1 Hour” one way!! Only to see a PA which we knew wouldn’t be able to help even though she was very polite.I only gave two stars because it was a clean place and made us wait for an Hour (which is also allot but ok)
The staff at Vienna Virginia Urgent Care are as caring and competent and confidence-inspiring as any health caregivers i have ever met. At 95 years old I literally couldnt live without them.
Service was ok but my symptoms are still not going a way. Most likely I need a different medication to take care cough, sore throat and my temperature still hovering around 99.9/100
The NP Amy Buchanan was phenomenal!! I hope I see her every time I go back. She was empathetic and took time to listen to me and did a great physical exam. Ive been feeling better from her treatment since Ive been there which Im so grateful for! The front desk lady wasnt the kindest but my visit with Ms. Buchanan made up for it 100 percent!
Wait time a little long but they acknowledged it and apologized MD, radiology tech and medical assistant were all very kind and on the ball! I was surprised they shared my visit info with my primary care doctor but that was ok
I always have a great experience at this urgent care. Keep up the good work!
Good overall, but the music is horrendous. Too loud and it doesn’t match the environment or situation at all. Whose idea was it to play pop/rock music (with lyrics of partying and sexual innuendo) in a medical setting?! Feels very much like a shortsighted corporate decision.
Dr. Charleen Nosar was so caring and careful to not cause me pain when examining me for a female issue. She was calm but firm in explaining why I needed to proceed to the ER .
The facility and staff were very professional. They were very thorough in their testing and came up with the correct diagnosis. They checked on my medication list and found the medication they wanted to prescribe had an adverse reaction to one of my other medications and they came up with another medication.
I went to the Vienna Urgent Care after closing a car door on my finger for a cut that required stitches. Carmine noticed a small black and blue mark on the back of my finger and diagnosed that I had broken it. The X-rays showed she was right!. She did an amazing job taking care of my finger and made a follow up appointment with an orthopedic surgeon for me. She was kind, patient and professional. I definitely recommend this urgent care facility.
I made an appointment. Easy check in. Was seen at the appointment time. My symptoms were taken seriously. I had plenty of time with the doctor. On my way home 15 minutes after appointment time. Couldn’t be happier!
They were super friendly and helpful. I was worried but they put me at ease and made me feel important and cared for. Please share with the team. They were amazing.
I had to come in on a Friday after work. I arrived about 30 min before closing hours. I didn’t have to wait at all, and the receptionist, nurse, and doctor (Dr. Yuen) were super kind and professional. It was so easy and fast I will make this my go to. They are doing some construction so that’s a little bit of a bummer, but everything else was seamless.
They were very attentive. very professional...and the place wss exceptionally clean, well run and very pleasant experience
Great staff. Fairly quick service. Parking is limited sometimes.
What a nice team. I went to the clinic Tuesday night and was handled quickly and kindly and sent on my way. The doc was great and everyone was helpful and working together well as a team. I was very pleased with my visit.
I was very pleased with the care I received at the Vienna Inova-Go Urgent Care. I was greeted as I walked in and was checked in quickly. I was seen in a matter of minutes and my injury was diagnosed and James took care of my cut finger. He was very clear on what he was doing and also on the follow-up to aid my healing. Everyone was so pleasant and professional.
Urgent care in Vienna at Lawyers and Maple was very quick and courteous. The experience was pleasant and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
The staff from the front desk at check-in, nurse taking the vitals, and the doctor taking care of me were the best!! I have to admit that it was the best ever visit to an urgent care facility. Please let the staff know. I will definitely recommend this urgent care, and my family members will continue to visit this facility. Take care.
Appointment was made and I was seen on time. PA that I saw was helpful and have me the medicine that I needed.
The doctor and front desk were excellent as always. The medical assistant did not say hello, introduce herself, wash her hands, make eye contact, ask whether it was safe to put the BP cuff on the left arm, say what the values she got from BP and temperature were, etc. she left the room and left the door open. Having said this, it’s the first and only time I’ve had a negative experience at this location, to which I’ve been about 8 times.Separately- playing pop music in the waiting room when people feel sick isn’t patient-centric. Please change to something that people with fever or pain can find soothing - quiet or no music.
I fell and needed an x ray. I was able to get in quickly, get the x ray, and diagnosis without a lengthy er wait.
Great service. It took 3 trips but Im on the road to recovery.
Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr was efficient and very good. Highly recommend. Needed stitches on index finger.
The staff was pretty responsive. We got quickly attended and treated for injury. We had a great experience
Both provider PA and assistant Michelle were phenomenal!!! Would definitely recommend.I felt very taken care of and welcomed and I felt comfortable. The front desk staff was also extremely organized professional upbeat and positive. I am so impressed. After having a horrible experience with another urgent care that week , it was night and day of a difference.
We visited this location to get a basic physical for my disabled daughter. A few problems arose during our attempt to receive care.Accessibility was the first issue we encountered. The entry door was being propped open by a stand of some sort and it obstructed the path. I picked it up and moved it out of the way so that my daughter’s wheelchair could get through the door. The person staffing the front desk told me that they couldn’t do a basic physical ( height, weight, vitals) because they didn’t have the proper equipment.I explained that it was just physical and I couldn’t understand what special equipment was needed. I asked to speak with a medical professional so that I could better understand what their concern and to explain what we needed. The medical professional refused to come to the front to speak with me but told the front desk staff to relay the message that they exclusively do sports physicals and recommended that we to go to a different medical center for care.Disabled people should have access to quality health care, no matter which Inova location is visited. Extremely disappointed.
I had a recent urgent care visit at INOVA / Go Health. The staff was very caring. I was able to reserve a time slot for my visit as well as utilized the E check in system. This decreased my wait time for the appointment. The staff both nurse and the PA were through in their assessment and provided a clear explanation as too my course of treatment. Prior to prescribing the medication they carefully reviewed adverse interactions with the medications I currently use.If the need should arise again my family would certainly return to the facility.
Dr. Alexandra G. Williams is the best professional I have ever encountered in the USA.
My first and last experience with GoHealth was likely the worse Ive ever had at a medical establishment.Upon entering the facility there are no clear instructions or signage to check in at a kiosk so I went to the front desk. After standing there for five minutes with someone sitting right there I said excuse me. The staff person rudely stopped me halfway through saying it and loudly told me to check in at the kiosk. My experience with the medical provider (Nurse Andrea Perlman) was not much better. She burst into the room and literally stood over me as I sat in the chair. Rather than calmly and kindly talking through my symptoms she instead was angry from the moment she walked and clearly just wanted me to leave. I understand they were busy that morning but I had made an appointment and I dont think being nice to a patient is too much to ask. I asked a few questions after her initial response of nothing is wrong with you but each one was met with hostility and annoyance. I ultimately went to my primary care provider and once their office reopened and he did identify a problem.I am only able to give them 3 stars because the reservation system does work well and my experience with the RN was pleasant and she clearly cares about the patients who come into the clinic.
Both Shauna and Amy were one of the best people I’ve ever talked to in the medical field. They both understood but also comforted me with what was happening. Thank you so much.
Great walk-in visit - did not have to wait long and felt heard and cared for by the receptionist, nurse and health care provider. The renovated center is clean and welcoming. Thank you!
Was out of town and came down with an ear infection. Before seeing the doctor I checked with the front desk to be sure my insurance covered the visit. After being assured it was, they still stuck me with a $200 bill. Thanks a lot.
I was very happy with the attention given to my broken toe. The staff was well-informed about services and insurance.
This was a great experience! From the time we got there until we left, everyone was pleasant, friendly, informative and helpful - very professional with a kind twist. The new look of the place was a welcome surprise and looks great!
Check in process and filling out forms was quick. I was seen quickly and my problem (cough/cold) was dealt with within a reasonable amount of time. Prescriptions received and was nearly ready when I went 1 mile up the road to CVS. The meds are helped but it is a persistent virus.
Great experience. Easy to hold my appointment spot, but they also take walk ins. I was seen quickly. Everything was explained to me, and they were patient. The receptionist, medical assistant, and doctor were kind and professional. If Im in the area again, and I need service, Im choosing this location.
Great staff, we made online appointment and were in and out within an hour
Great walk in clinic, very thorough, great physicians. Great experience each time!
I would highly recommend the Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Vienna. The staff was welcoming. The facility was clean and smelled good. It had the feeling of open air. There was no wait time. I was treated with respect and listened to. I didnt feel rushed. I left feeling they cared!
I made an appointment for 9:30 am thinking this is the fastest way to being seen. I arrived 9:15 am and now is 10:50 am and I am still waiting. Should not offer appointment if you cannot keep.
Very through and quick care. Definitely recommend!
No time for a long review. Ill say this as a father of four I never hesitate to bring myself and my children here when needed. Better experience than the normal sick visit at primary doc.
I was overall happy with my experience. I went in due to experiencing some pain, waited about 20 minutes and saw PA Ashley. She is though and seems like she really wants to help figure out what is going on. She was polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone. Ashley is a five star physician but I wasn’t happy to give a $50 copay for an urgent care. I feel that’s is too pricey.
I have been to Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care twice since it opened about 6-7 years ago and both times I have had a positive experience. My second visit, just a few days ago, I was treated by Derek first and then Aron the PA who are absolute gems! They were both extremely professional and not only that - had an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone who is in need of immediate care.
Save My Spot was especially helpful and I was seen right at my appointment time. The nurse was very friendly and easy to talk to. And the doctor knew exactly what I needed and her recommendations had me feeling better quickly. I have used the facility before for me and my kids and will continue to!
Came here 2 nights ago with a burn incident. It was 10 min to close but they did not rush the job. I was under excellent care of nurse Shawna and Jodie and doctor (sorry, name forgotten). When I got out an hour later, I felt so much better.
Very well run facility. Staff very friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, competent and communicated extremely well.
Everyone was efficient, polite and thorough in explaining the care necessary for my issue.
Excellent experience at this urgent care on 2 separate visits, the first with my 2-year old who needed glue after cutting her forehead falling and the second for me getting 8 stiches on my chin after a minor bike accident. The processes and staff are superior!
They have recently redone the whole interior. Receptionist very friendly, helpful, and courteous....MUCH better than the last one they had. Very short wait to be called , and no problems with either the doctor or the technician.
The experience is better than going to my primary care doctor! :)
Inova gohealth charged me twice for the service. I called their billing customer service number two weeks back. They told me that they will come back in 3 days. No response even after 2 weeks. After that in the my chart portal posted a complaint. No response for that well. Tried to reach customer service again and stayed in line for 30 mins in vain. Pathetic !!Based on your response I have provided details in the contact form. It been sent to customer experience specialist. She sent again back to the customer support who is asking to call me again .... They never picks up call ... And once they picked up after 30 mins and promised to call me in 2-3 days .. Now it is over a month .... You dont deserve even one star..........
Terrible, dont come to this place. Front desk staff are rude and dishonest. They dont honor your appointment. Very long waiting without explanation. We came at our appointment, and waited 3 and half hours before get treated, and that was after repeated complaints. Many walk-in patients got ahead of us. And their physician would wait for someone not showing up, and having front desk calling multiple times without taking the next patient in. Waiting room has full of frustrated patients. This place definitely needs some management attention !
The PA was great, but Im pretty sure the med tech/assistant made up my vitals. He wrote that I was breathing 18 times per minute, which just isnt happening with me unless I am running, and I wasnt there for anything breathing related sooooo....
No wait time. Great staff. Diagnosed my issue right away and took care of it. Highly recommend this facility.
It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The treatment is working beautifully. Thanks
Horrible experience. Checked in using the kiosk as instructed. Spoke to the staff member saying I clicked the please text me when its my turn. Waited for over an hour and a half, only to have every patient I walked in with leave and and a whole group after me come in and leave. I checked in at the front and asked what happened and they said I never checked in…I will say she did make it right and push me to the front of the line after I came to the desk to ask what’s happening. But they checked with every other patient to ensure they were checked in and not me. I get it’s busy and people slip through the cracks.I don’t blame any of the staff. It’s the software. You need to fix the software, either upgrade it to truly make it a mobile experience and truly check patients in or remove the prompts all together because that is a negative UX pattern that does more harm than good, and I would consult with your UX design/research team to see if research was performed or who performed the research and thought it would be a good idea.**Update, called to ask a simple billing question since I was charged as a new patient, but have been previously seen at this clinic. Front desk staff shouted at me over the phone when I asked for an itemized receipt and told me that there was nothing they could do anymore when politely asking for one, and there was no billing manager or manager available at the facility who could help me.
Fast and efficient check in, friendly staff, great doctor who answered questions and explained information clearly.
Booking the appointment online was easy, waiting time was reasonable for a doctors office (20 mins), and medical attention was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. Much better than any other urgent care provider I have ever used!
I highly recommend this INOVA Urgent Care facility. The entire staff is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The nurses, PAs, and doctors really take the time to go over everything in detail, which was very appreciative. This is my go-to urgent care and I highly recommend this facility to anyone.
I was looking for an urgent care near our home. I like that we can reserve a time slot online. There was ample parking out front. The lobby was clean & open seating. Check in was a kiosk. I quickly found our name on the kiosk tablet then sat down. Wait was less than an hour to see provider. Nurse and provider were friendly. I would have given five stars except no one was at the front desk when we walked in & it needs better signage for check in kiosk. I would recommend this place to family & friends.
I loved how friendly the staff was. Not pretentious at all. Almost no wait in the lobby, though a bit in the treatment room. The NP knew exactly what to do and what to tell me to do. Better than going to my primary care physician!
When visiting them for an injury recently, their doctor offered us a third party provided medical device in the urgent care room. The bill for the device came from the provider. The price they charge was almost 4 times as expensive as the market price. I understand things are expensive in the urgent care room. But apparently the urgent care chain select to partner with the most expensive one while a lot more other providers are available. I called Inova to complain but Inova told me the clinic is not really Inova. They are GoHealth. I called GoHealth and they called me very nicely on the phone telling me the 3rd party provider can charge as much as they want. So think twice when the doctors want to offer you something from their partner!
If I could give no stars I would, worst healthcare experience ever. Waited over three hours and was completely forgotten about. After two hours, I was apparently discharged without my knowledge and without even seeing a doctor. Doctor didnt even examine me or look at my chart/symptoms. Please if you need urgent care save yourself time and sanity and go to another urgent care elsewhere.
I’ve come here multiple times as it is the closest location for any urgent care. It has changed ownership/affiliation nearly every visit the past few years which changes their delivery. Recently I went in on a Saturday 45 minutes prior to opening(8:15 for 9:00 opening) and have still not been seen at 10:30am. They are able to shift the schedule which does not honor the patients time. If you aren’t going through a heart attack or stroke, find another location… if you’re going through a heart attack or stroke, you should probably go to the ER or call an ambulance.
They told me I would be totally fine in a couple days, and told me I just had a virus. The doctor was pretty dismissive of my symptoms. However, I knew it was not because I felt horrible. I went to another doctor and actually have mono which is a sickness that can last months.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Clients were processed quickly, providing all the information needed to complete the online registration. In getting the required TB test fir FCPS, the procedure and cautions were clearly given. You have a wonderful staff.
Staff was very professional and extremely helpful, all of them are super nice! It was a busy time but they still saw me and helped diagnose the issue quickly. 5/5 stars!
During my recent visit to an urgent care facility for my sick baby, I encountered an unpleasant and unprofessional nurse tech. From the start, her huffing and eye-rolling attitude conveyed her disinterest. She even went as far as stating, This is why I dont work with kids.” Which i heard her say right outside the door as she presented to the doctor because she couldn’t get some vitals. Such behavior is inappropriate and unbecoming of a healthcare professional. Her lack of patience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Although the other staff members were courteous, this nurse techs conduct tarnished an otherwise satisfactory experience. Urgent care management should take this feedback seriously to ensure better patient interactions in the future.
Haven’t even been there but after reading all the bad reviews I think it’s a good choice. On sunday June 18th at 9:19am I called because my little one is sick. Called just to ask if they will be able to attend her needs, just so I don’t waste the UCs time. I asked if they could do a lab since my daughter has not been eating so might need a lab test. She was very rude and condescending in answering. My kids happen to be making noise as soon as she answered and she said she can’t hear, which is fine but the tone in her voice is of being annoyed. I made my kids be quiet. Asked like someone in the comments suggested, if there’s a pedriatrician on staff today. And she was like NO we’re an urgent care, again with that tone. I work in the same field of work and there no need to sound rude for someone asking a question. That is why they have phone lines, not even that early in the morning and already has a bad manner but I do see in The reviews that the front staff at least has a bad rep.
I always have a good experience at Inova Urgent care in Vienna. The doctors always explain my condition and medications thoroughly and are always very pleasant. The front desk staff are also very pleasant. I thank them for all that they do. They put themselves at risk during the height of the pandemic, although Covid-19 is still around and less dangerous than in the early days of the pandemic, they continue to be diligent putting themselves at risk of contracting the coronavirus. For this we all should be grateful.
I would give this place 0 stars. I went in to get a stitch on the head. The doctor said I waited too long and they cant do anything. I walked out without them lifting a finger (under 5 mins). They then sent me a bill for $250.I called to dispute multiple times but didnt receive any good support. The future holds collections and court with this place. They will not receive a cent from me.Do not go here. You have been warned.
Ashley Thomas was terrific - highly professional, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you
Went in with a badly sprained ankle and torn knee. I received immediate attention. Everyone was nice, effective and professional.
Everyone was very professional from the receptionist to the doctor. Additionally I would like to say that the nurse (or assistant Im not sure) that did my exams was very sweet and helpful. She provided me a translator and made me comfortable.
After a fall I went to Inova urgent care in Vienna. The staff from the front desk reception to the medical team that attended me were excellent. Kind, professional and skilled. Great to have this facility so close to home. Highly recommend Inova urgent care in Vienna Va. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
I went here for Covid care. I appreciated that they saw Covid patients in person unlike some other urgent cares in the area and was relieved. Once I got there, though, I was treated as if I had the plague by the women at the reception. While I understand we all have to follow protocols, the way they treated me was not acceptable. I have no problem following protocols such as waiting in the car until being called etc. and have routinely done that during the pandemic. In this case, though, they didn’t communicate that when I called on the phone and freaked out on me when I walked in and told me I have to go outside with pretty much terror and disdain in their eyes. Come on, people, show some kindness. You know you are dealing with sick enough people that they are seeking urgent care. It’s ok to ask someone to wait outside but not the way they did. They ordered me out with repulsion, is how I felt.I was seen by the doctor within a reasonable time and although he was chill and kind, he was unhelpful. I went for acute throat pain and when I asked for medication or advice, he told me to do “whatever makes you comfortable”. If I could have found something to comfort my throat, I wouldn’t have gone there. Overall, unkind front desk and a mellow but unhelpful doctor is where my time and money went to in that visit.
Great customer service from check in to check out. Staff was very professional and pleasant; providers from the doctor and nurse to the x-ray tech ; allwe’re great ! I have absolutely nothing but thumbs up for everyone ; they actuallymade having to come out to the doctor a pleasant experience.Waiting area and bathroom also nice and clean.
I have been to this location twice, the first time was on a Saturday when my throat suddenly closed up to the point where it was very difficult to swallow. This was actually at their previous location across the street. More recently, Ive visited this new location on a weekday when I had a severe allergic reaction to a hornet sting. Both times, I felt that the medical professionals were extremely skilled, compassionate, and did an excellent job to treat my urgent care need. This was for both times. I also felt that the receptionist was extremely professional and polite when you think about the role they are in. Both of my visits resulted in The urgent care professionals successfully and fully treating my condition. For the hornet sting, although I had a primary care physician follow-up scheduled for the next day ( this was the earliest they could see me which is why I went to urgent care ) all that basically happened was me telling my primary care physician how I was treated at urgent care, what was prescribed, and my primary care physician basically agreeing with everything they did, and sending me on my way. :) this is also incredibly reassuring because I very much trust my primary care physician who Ive been with for many years.Regarding the wait time, lets be real, this is an urgent care facility and I understand that if folks with greater emergencies come before me, they should be treated first. My second visit there was somebody that was bleeding and needed sutures and I think was taken away in an ambulance and I think that condition, although I was in great discomfort for my hornet sting, was more immediate in terms of needing critical care . Ive actually gone to emergency room in hospitals (both Inova and once at GW) and have had the requisite wait, depending on who else was waiting and my degree of emergency. That is NORMAL.Overall, I am super pleased and will definitely continue to use this urgent care as the need arises.
Staff was very friendly. Service was efficient, thorough, and effective. Their help was greatly appreciated. Dr. Andrea was good, the nurse was very pleasant and Michelle who drew blood was delightful. Even though I was squeamish, she made the experience fun and bearable.
I went there after a softball game because I had thought I sprained my ankle. However, I found out it was broken after the X-rays were taken. The radiologist technician and the nurse were super sweet. The wait time was a bit long, but it’s understandable because there were a lot of people. They really cheered me up after I found out the bad news and I can’t thank them enough for their kind words and gestures.
Came in 2 hours before closing. The place is packed and they arent taking any more walk-ins. Guess you need an appointment to be seen. Seems this is run more like a physicians office than urgent care. Weird.
Came to the urgent care for a bad laceration on my foot and was greeted by the nicest ladies, Jodi, ….and Carrie? Kacie? She was a brown haired sweet nurse but I don’t remember her name! I wasn’t having a great day already, then experienced a bad cut to my foot which was painful. Their help and kindness made my day so much better! The world needs more wonderful humans like these ladies! Thank you so much.
I never write reviews but I was inspired to this morning because of the difficulty Ive had trying to find in-person treatment for anything other than covid in the omnicron era. I was turned away by almost half a dozen urgent cares in the area but this was the one place that took me as a walk in, no questions asked. The wait wasnt long at all. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everyone was equipped with plenty of PPE which was great to see but did make it the slightest bit hard to hear them, though they did their best to speak up. Both the nurse and doctor I saw were thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns. After over a week of waiting to hear my my own doctors office, they had me in and out with a diagnosis and prescription within an hour which after weeks of untreated bronchitis felt like a miracle! Ill definitely be back next time I find myself needing urgent care.
Its an alright place for minor injuries. I was a patient there before, the staff can be nice when they want to but this time around the receptionist at the front desk was a wee bit on the confrontational/rude side. Fyi its 200 up front without insurance and theres no payment plans either. Nor can they provide you with information of the other urgent care around. #gottalovecapitalism
In the past few months I have taken my daughter here twice. I love the ability to check the wait time online, and the chance to reserve a spot online in advance. The first time, the online wait was about 40 minutes, could not reserve online, so I took her and the staff was so pleasant and nice and the wait was about 40 minutes. I like how they have monitors that give you an update on the estimated wait time. When we were called back the wait was minimal and we were out quickly. Today took her again for an injured finger. The online estimate was about an hour and this time we were able to reserve a spot online. You get a text message 30 minutes until the time, which we received. We got here and checked in and was told we would need to wait a few minutes. We were about 10-15 minutes early and think we were called back about the apt time. The dr came in did a very good job evaluating my daughters finger, sent her back for x-rays, was told about 15 minutes for the X-ray to be read. It did not take longer than that and we got the good news, no break! The staff again today was wonderful, I would have no second thought about coming here again. For those who complain about wait times... Times are estimates. Depending on what a person comes in for it may take longer for treating a person than what the system estimates...Highly recommend this urgent care center. Also when I left, got a text to rate 1-10 and when I sent a response was asked to post a review here. This shows that they care about what people think. If they did not care, they would not ask for reviews. So on a scale of 1-10 I give this place a 10!
Place is clean, folks are professional and kind. At times can be a wait to see anyone.
Do not recommend this place. The ahead of time online system is not valid. It seems to tell you you have secured a place in line, but then you wait for over an hour with various people waking in and no verifiable order to how they call patients back. Ultimately after 1.5 hours I gave up. That after securing the advance slot online and all the messaging they offer about why thats smart to do. I went in because a month ago my daughter saw a capable doctor who seemed to handle her case swiftly and comprehensively. The wait to see the doctor was a bit much that time. This time it was simply not my experience that they have any concern for an incoming person, nor is there any value in doing an online advance sign-in. Totally disappointing to see this quality of care at our new neighbohood urgent care. Things can only get better, I suppose.
I had a bad reaction to poison ivy and had bumps and itching all over my body. The doctor really took his time explaining my options and even telling me how to prevent it in the future. He told me how to care for it at home and the options I have for meds. Im usually not a good patient so I really appreciate his care. I dont think I couldve gotten better care at one of my doctors. I was really impressed. Id love to have a doctor like this.
Used to come here all the time and they were efficient and fast, but now with the new online system they make you get an appointment, but that is “just a placeholder”, they still make you wait 1.5 hr to be seen.
I have always received excellent care at Inova Urgent Care in Vienna. I especially love the new facility. The entire staff is always very courteous and helpful, but I have to give a special thank you today to Dr. Gabriel Spring - he was truly wonderful! Professional, competent, caring and calming. Just what the doctor ordered for me today :)
When I came to the urgent care I was told it was a 1.5 hour wait which I was fine with I haven’t been feeling well. After 1.5 hours I was brought back to a room saw a nurse for 2 minutes and was told I’m the third person to see the doctor. ANOTHER 1.5 HOURS LATER, I have not seen a doctor. I asked someone when I would see a doctor and was told I’m next in line. 30 minutes later still no doctor. I’ve been to a few urgent cares and this is the worse. There’s no URGENT in this care. I would never recommend this place or come back. I’m literally writing this review while still waiting on the doctor.....
I saw Charleen K Nosar, NP and she was the coldest NP ever. Also the nurse who took the vitals had an attitude with me. I found the entire practice very unwelcoming and unsatisfactory towards me. I wouldn’t go back or encourage anyone else to visit. It’s care is very unprofessional. The wait time wasn’t very long to go back however once I was back the waiting time was indeed long. They schedule my medicine for mn when I clearly live in va. After I’ve informed them of the error it took forever for them to correct it, something so simple. The bathrooms were very clean. If it wasn’t for the nasty personality of the nurse practitioner and the rude manner of the nurse I’d have a completely different attitude towards my experience.
I called ahead and told them I was worried I had a clot in my calf. The person I spoke with repeatedly assured me that they could check for it there with an ultrasound so I didnt have to waste my day in the emergency room. When I arrived, I was told that they did not check for clots and that I absolutely had to go to the emergency room for that. They were completely empty when they turned me away. They do not have consistency in their policies for what they will and wont help you with.
My daughter had Nausea and they tended to her incredibly. The receptionist is specially very kind and accommodating.
Dr. Kyle Debenham was amazing! I was visiting from out of town and got deep cut above my eye and I needed stitches. She was very calm and caring and did an excellent job Stitching in a very tricky area. Thank you so much!
I don’t know if you can post a review with no stars so I am giving it one star. My wife went for a sore throat, productive cough, sinus pressure etc. She has a history of strep and made them aware. No doctor saw her after waiting an extended amount of time. The nurse practitioner did not listen to anything she was describing when she was finally seen. The paperwork she was sent home with said she was seen for a laceration. A strep test was done and we were told the results would be back in two days. We called today to get the results and I spoke with the nurse because my wife has completely lost her voice now. The nurse I spoke with was rude and interrupted me multiple times. We are now told the strep test will take up to 5 days not 2 and there are no results yet. They suggested she come back in to be seen again if her condition has changed. Absolutely horrible experience with rude and insensitive treatment. We will NEVER go back. I do not post reviews for anything but this was bad so I am spending the time for others. I am still shocked at how rude the nurse was with me and I was completely polite the entire conversation. You expect this to be a higher caliber facility because it is associated with INOVA but absolutely not the case with the people working there.
Staffs were friendly and helpful. The nurse Practitioner was attentive to my concerns and issues.
I was seen earlier than my online appointment time. The care provider took time to listen to my symptoms and then did a thorough physical exam. All of my questions were answered and I was finished with my X-rays and appointment all within the space of 55 minutes. Very convenient and in-network!
Horrible service, simple physical had to wait for 1 whole hour with full bladder unfriendly inconsiderate woman at the front desk, explained her my problem rather than giving me a cup or telling me our nurses are busy with emergency case she had me wait for whole hour giggling with her coworker, attending other patients without caring for my problem. When asked inside the nurse replied we were busy with emergency case, I couldve been understood if was informed at the front desk on the first place. Do not go there!! Stay away !!!
It is the best and most excellent medical care team I have ever experienced. The entire staff was friendly, which put me at ease. The overall customer service was outstanding!
Dr Debenham was wonderful as was nurse Shawna. Kind, caring and quick. Couldnt ask for better! So grateful for them and their terrific care.
Excellent facility. Dr. Brian was great.
I went there on 06/06 for a pain I have never felt in my left lung. Some specialists may have prescribed OTC or other painkillers, but Mr. Gamulila or Gamulilu (I should have memorized the name) right way urged me to go to an emergency room. Once there, a CT scan clairely showed blood clots in boh my lungs and was retained in the hospital for 24 hours under intense treatment. I am still going through some other diagnosis. The waiting time was short, and the advice was a life saver.Thank you, Sir
Nice staff, very long waitI called ahead and went on line first and was told the wait was 15-30 min for my 3 year old daughter to get evaluated for a possible UTI. We ended up waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour 15 min before even being called back, then waited even another 15 min before seeing the doctor. Everyone was nice, pleasant but I would never have taken my 2 kids under 6 at 5:45 pm if they were honest about the wait.
Worst billing experience. Told the sports physical would not be covered by insurance, however it would only be $50. 3 days later I get an invoice with a balance due of $150 after I paid $50.. Had to place multiple calls and still waiting to get this resolved. I was told it can take up 2 weeks and 2 weeks later still getting harassed for payment. Kind of sad that their accounting department refuses to talk to their own staff at the staff at the Urgent Care office. If they cant bill you properly and refuse to communicate with each other would you really want to trust your health with them?
Had to take a moment to share how great the staff at Urgent Care was. Without disclosing any details - I was seen by Margaret Lynch (Nurse Practitioner) on a Sunday - then did a follow-up to have to help take care of something. In spite of the challenge, she never gave up and is truly a MacGyver of medicine. Highly recommend using her if you visit this Urgent Care. Thank you so much!
Anissa is amazing. Responded to my concerns quickly.
Today wait time was great. I did not get to see the doctor, but the nurse practitioner, Andrea Perlman. She tested for flu which it was negative. I was instructed to wait a week to call her back if my symptoms got worse for her to prescribe an antibiotic. My appointment was in the morning, late afternoon, I was running a fever. Unable to swallow due to severe sore throat. Earache and.my glands were also swollen. I called her back requesting the antibiotic and she completely refused. I paid $50 copay and made appointment with my primary doctor, who did listen. Bad experience!!!!
Urgent care Vienna.Great staff, feeling as if I went to the long time family doctor. Highly personable and professional.Thank you
My son developed a bad case of poison ivy on his feet. His primary care physician could not fit him in for a same day appointment so we turned to Inova Urgent Care. I was able to sign up ahead of time for an appointment during his lunch period so he wouldnt have to miss class. We were called back within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and after a pleasant and efficient appointment with the nurse practitioner we were on our way with a prescription within 20 minutes.
Horrible experience, took our young son in with flu like symptoms to get checked out and make sure he didnt need any treatment, after waiting a short time in the lobby as we checked in via online before arriving, we were very clear with staff and nurse who cared for us my son was autistic, he usually doesnt do well with the whole lungs, ear and throat, but he did surprisingly well, the nurse saw his short attention span starting to creep up and assured us the doctor will he with us shortly.we understand these things take time, with very few people that we saw in waiting room and back area, We waited in the room for over an hour and fifteen minutes before the doctor came in, once he did the check was short and good news but the doctor seemed very out of it and took a long time to finish sentences, and kept asking himselfwhat was I going to ask you. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with our visit will not be returning or recommending that location. The only plus side was many good restaurants next door.
The service provided at iNOVA Vienna was above and beyond. I was seen within minutes of walking in on a Saturday morning. The front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Leading all the way from the nurses and X-ray techs. The staff is great here. Being new to the area I am very pleased I found a place I can go to and feel comfortable without pay an outrageous copay. Thank you iNOVA TEAM! I won’t go anywhere else moving forward.
The place is clean, the people at the check-in counter and the nurses are really nice. My issue is with the Doctor I saw. I told him that I hurt my back from lifting and he told me dont lift. He then proceeded to tell me that I was doing everything that needs to be done, and that since I have only have minor issues walking that I dont need surgery. Then he shook my hand and left.
The receptionist was horrible! And her communication skills need a lot of work! After waiting for 90 min, after having an appointment, via online, going back w the intake nurse, think her name was Lori. She sent in Charlene ( i think), I was so pleased. Both ladies and the X-ray technician were wonderful. And I was extremely pleased and impressed. Their bedside manner, is what I had always found at the Inova Reston Urgent care and at the Merrifield. If I needed to go again to one, Id consider the Vienna one again. Because if them.I hope all the waiting patients respond truthfully about the receptionist. She handled many of them, horribly! Please train her in her job, please! I guess if my name is posted w this, she wont be too pleased to see me again.Thank you
Loved that I could reserve a spot. Doctor was great.
Arrived for a 9:15 appointment and was in and out by 9:30 with helpful guidance and an Rx sent to my pharmacy. Super efficient and friendly.
Great service, very professional and quick.
After an hr in the waiting room, I was taken back for my intake vital (it is urgent care, so I am not overly surprised by that)...but then waiting in the exam room for over a half an hour, unexceptable. I even went out and asked if I was going to be seen, oh there are a lot of charts, mind you, five nurses just chatting in the middle...should have read the reviews prior about UNDERSTAFFED. No joke. Also, the intake nurse only asked about one of my concerns for my visit--and totally missed some key things I said and I had to correct her.And I ended up leaving....going to another more capable establishment.
This place has has lost the definition of an Urgent care. Waiting hours has now been proudly announced as 4 to 5 hours. Registration itself will take 2 hours and to see a doctor will take another lifetime. Definitely need more doctors here.
Access is good. Highly dependent on the doc that happens to be in though. Went in for upper respiratory issue. Never listened to lungs. Didn’t even look at throat. Gotta find a new go to place.
Dr.Minhas was very through. He listened and then explained the diagnosis, what to expect, what medication he prescribed and why he did. He also asked if I had any questions and took his time in answering them. I felt Dr Minhas was caring and I would definitely see him again. The staff was helpful and attentive.I would definitely go back to INOVA Health in Vienna.
Very professional. I presented with what seemed like a minor ankle sprain, but they listened to me when I explained why I thought something more serious was going on. They ordered an x-ray and determined I had broken my heel. The whole staff was kind and I was impressed that they took my concerns seriously.
Very good! I wrote a negative review about this place the night the doctor wouldnt treat me and told me to go the ER. I was very upset but it turns out she was right. I had appendicitis and ended up having surgery at 10.15 the next morning. Apologies for the negative review and a thank you for sending me to th ER.
I went here on a Monday evening around 4:30 and there was no one in front of me. Just after I came in, a bunch of kids came in from different sports injuries. Everyone I observed was helped in a prompt and friendly manner. With how dead they said it was, I was a little surprised that I didnt see a dr. for 30 minutes, but it wasnt terribly unreasonable. The facility is old but for my simple toe fracture the services were adequate. The strength of this place is their friendly, attentive, and caring staff.
I was sent here from the Arlington Inova -- they wanted chest X-rays and a nebulizer as I have been struggling to breath. Dr. Merenstein was dismissive and condescending, I was not given the suggested nebulizer, and at the end of the appointment he prescribed me something I had already told him I tried and did not find helpful. He also told me I need to get back to my usual routine -- which Im not sure how he expects me to do when I am having so much trouble breathing I cant walk up stairs. Next time Ill just go to the hospital.
Saturday I was there with sevier coughing and I see a practitioner explaining to her I havent sleep for 5 nights she gives me a 3 different medications today Tuesday I see no difference with the medication and I when buck to see if they change the Madison they say I have to pay 200 again plus xray dont go to this place its waste a time
I cant say anything bad about my experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful (from the check-in all the way to the FNP). I was in and out within a little bit over an hour (due to a wait of an Xray). I would go back there (of course I hope I dont have to).
The sign out front said they were moving soon. My guess is their low service level has finally qualified them to move to hell as the DMV of medicine. First, Ill tell you about my last visit before describing todays sentencing. A year ago, I signed in and waited. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes in one of the little sensory deprivation rooms. No one checked on me the whole time so I left.So why did I go back today? I really dont know – I just needed to pick up one item from a doctor. Convenience, I guess. The one positive thing out of todays visit was that I broke my previous record. Question for you: how many times can a guy read one copy of Vanity Fair and one copy of Good housekeeping in two hours and ten minutes? Waiting room #5. Sounds Kafkaesque, doesnt it?Stay away from this place. Its understaffed. Stay away. Stay away. Unless you are a lethargic three-toed sloth and not concerned about time. Stay away. Vienna doesnt need Soviet-style urgent care.
They were very nice and patient with me.
I have had a very good experience here with the staff. Very helpful! My only complaint is the WEBSITE. Would someone PLEASE fix this issue of inaccurate wait times? It said a 10 minute wait so I reserved a spot and when I got there it was 2 hours. Very frustrating. Other than that, the doctor and nurse that saw my son were excellent, and front staff is very friendly and helpful.
People say understaffed but this word does not adequately describe the experience. I am writing this review roughly 3.5 hrs into my wait to see the ONE doctor in the center. The staff at the front desk is friendly but that hardly matters in the face of massive wait time. I would STRONGLY urge everyone considering visiting this center to look elsewhere.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to nurse kayla who was so nice to my 4-year-old and made him feel really comfortable. she was super patient and answered all of our questions and was great - thank you so much!!
All were very nice on a holiday weekend.
So went in to take a covid test. Front desk answered my questions but when i started to ask for more details or other questions they started to get annoyed. The doctor just tells me that I am positive and to stay home. I tried asking if its possible that the result be a false positive since Ive had covid before and all 3 vacations. Then I even went to ask another question about receiving the pcr test and he just looked at me and said your negative. On my way out they said I owe a copay of 50 bucks which was a lie as my insurance had told me its all covered. I called to get my money back, I called to receive my PCR test which is what i was charged for and no response. Tried calling them 3 days straight about my 24hr pcr test and no one picks up the phone. So I wont go there again terrible service.Edited: took another covid test at another location to just get the PCR test. I came back negative.
Will not go there again.Had a terrible experience for my 4 years old son. Even after appointment they asked to wait 4 hours. And many other problems. Did not got proper care as well. This urgent care is a complete joke.
Very disappointed. I called ahead twice to make sure they could do my x-ray when I arrived. I later found out, with no explanation, they would not do x-rays that day. They sent me to another location. Waiting and this trip to another center are costing me an extra 40 minutes. Waste of time stopping here. I wish they were better organized.
Very attentive service during three visits the same day.
I couldnt get in to see my primary care physician and was in intense pain (level 10). The folks at this Urgent Care center were very kind; Dr. Choi took care of my issue, and I was in and out within an hour.
5 stars!! The front desk staff are so polite and helpful. The MAs are knowledgable and efficient and the providers are compassionate and educated!! Will definitely be returning!!!
Michelle, Michael and the other staffers who helped me were friendly, professional and warm. Care, communication and customer service exceeded expectations. Thank you.
Visited for COVID testing during new variant surge. Everyone’s rushing to get tested. Overloaded with patient most of the time so PACK YOUR PATIENCE. Expect to wait long hours. You may or you may not be able to check in, looks like you’ll have the best chance if you check in as soon as they’re open. Everyone’s on the same boat, patients and the physicians. They’re doing their best!My suggestion is Inova should have the ability to develop a system to efficiently manage this and to make the process more transparent. Anything from online check in, online queue system so staff can focus on getting people in the system and be seen rather than wasting valuable time to handle the argument with frustrated patients.
Gave up after 2 1/2 hour wait. Was originally told to come back in an hour, which I did. Waited another 1 1/2 hours, then gave up. Receptionist was nice enough, but completely off when estimating wait times.
I felt well treated and cared for while I was there. They addressed all my medical concerns and tried to make me comfortable during the 5 hours I was there on a busy day.
Dr Brian Yuen was caring and compassionate. I always have had positive experiences at GoHealth Urgent Care in Vienna.
I was miserable after battling a sinus infection for a week. INOVA Urgent Care treated me with courtesy and the health care providers listened to me and worked in an efficient and professional manner. The facility is brand new and spacious. My experience was excellent. I hope I dont have to return, but if I do, Id return to this facility.
The staff is awesome! I would rather go here than my regular doctor. Much easier and better experience.
This is a walk-in urgent care (so the vote is for that). I went there for a persistent cough. They were reasonably timely: i used the web call ahead facility and was seen by a doctor in 20 minutes (true i arrived 30 minutes before). They measured various vitals and the doctor J R Epstein made the type of examination i would get from my doctor. I was diagnosed viral pneumonia, given a useful discharge sheet and some prescriptions. I found it a usefel service. It is also easily reachable from the m15 bus from Fairfax.
Long waits. Staff’s knowledge of policy and care is severely lacking. Not military friendly. Stay away. Edit: upgraded to 3 stars because provider was pretty good. Inova was unable to send a prescription electronically to a military pharmacy. I would normally attribute this failure to the military. Lord knows military medicine is inventing new ways to fail, and breaking records at that. However, I have seen many a civilian provider send prescriptions to military pharmacies, so that one isn’t on the military. This would normally only get them to 2 stars, but the provider’s knowledge and abilities were impressive enough to add a star.
Weve been here a few times. Staff and doctors are always pleasant. It feels like your neighborhood doctor. Its very organized. Wait times are minimal. Big plus that I can schedule online.
Very friendly staff. They were overwhelmed with patients but were able to see us before they closed. Woman working up front was very friendly and made me feel welcome - I think her name was Mary Anne.
Avoid going there if you can! Long long wait, expensive, only two doctors available! The two doctors don’t care for their patients either! I just had a very bad experience!!
Great service, quick and easy, friendly personnel
Very quick and competent. Also nice and explained things well.
It was a really quick visit. Diagnosed proper and back on my feet in no time. Definitely recommend
Clean facility, staff extremely caring and efficient!!
Great experience with our sick son, so helpful and kind. He was in really rough shape and they got him in immediately
Great experience and handled my son’s injury, which they correctly determined to be a fracture, with proper care. That too close to the end of business day.
I usually go to the Dunn Loring one where Dr. Pamela works at because she is amazingly good at what she does. I went to this one since it wasn’t to far from my house. I took my son there and when I get there everything is okay until the receptionist tried charging me a deductible based on my out of pocket. Which is not correct. Don’t get me wrong she was very sweet and accomidating. However, INOVA urgent care centers need to improve on their eligibility verification training so that they are not overcollecting patients. Maybe learn from Dunn Lorning’s office. But this small error was not the issue. We get to the back and everything was okay. The nurse practitioner came in and I am not a big fan of them as they always misdiagnosis. Not just on my son but I’ve also had it happen to me. The NP said oh I know extacly what it is because 6 other kids came in with the same symptoms. She then does her exam and claims something else. After examining my son she gave this expression and dirty look where it wasn’t friendly anymore. She basically diagnosed him and sent us on our way. I took him to his pediatrician which I should have done from the Getco. Come to find out it was something else completely minor. I rarely write bad reviews because I think everyone deserves an opportunity but INOVA urgent care centers need to improve their trianings when it comes to eligibility and also on their NPs. The NP’s at Dunn Loring and Vienna should have bedside manner and take the time to listen then say this is what you have so have a nice day.
Seen promly, physician gave a clear diagnosis and treatment plan.
Dr Brian Yuen is excellent!
Should remove the word urgent from description. Came in for a deep scrape/cut and X-ray. Took over an hour to be called back. Over an hour to get a simple X-ray. Extremely long wait time with not a lot of patients in there.
Was just there earlier today. They are very nice and skillful. The doctor did a very good job and the nurses were very knowledgeable. If I could give more stars i would.
These thieves charged my girlfriend, who came in with blisters on her tonsils and a 102 degree fever when THEY checked it, $50 to tell her there was nothing wrong and sent her home. She even called to make sure they could see her for something like this before making the difficult journey to get there by herself while very sick. She still has her tonsils and gets tonsilitis at least once a year, it was an obvious diagnosis. They ignored everything she said, told her she had large tonsils when asked about the huge obvious blisters and said sometimes people just get fevers. 102 degrees after taking medicine to reduce the fever.Dont let these thieves waste precious time and money if one of your loved ones is very sick.
The Dr., That seen me.was absolutely wonderful
Ive came here a couple times, and never had problems, but today Im sitting here waiting now to be called back for a injury, and the lady working up front is very rude, and getting very annoyed when ask a question. Im in major pain and when asked how long til I get called back, she was extremely rude
I appreciate this clinic is open on weekends. Staff are very professional and process patients relatively fast.
