I wish that I could put into words how truly kind and compassionate Megan and her crew have been. It has been a long journey for myself, but through everything this crew has stuck by my side and continued to support me and encourage me. I’ve flown out of the country several times for transfers and everything was handled so smoothly by the crew. Amber was very helpful with all of my medications and injections. She followed up with great communication and has been so wonderful to work with. My coordinator Kristin has kept in constant contact with me updating me through every step of the way. Their escrow is quick with processing payments, they’re prompt with answering questions and they’re kind.Amber is the glue that holds this all together. She is an is an incredible human. I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with her and her crew.Cannot wait to do it again!

Ive have been a surrogate with SurroConnections for the last 5 years & it has been a pleasure getting to work with such a knowledgeable team! During these last 5 years Ive done 2 surrogacy journeys which were both perfect! I definitely recommend this company if you’re looking to become a surrogate. They were extremely thorough and helped me with any questions i had! I had the pleasure of working with Kristyn as my coordinator and she always made it a point to spend time with me and my husband when we were in vegas for medical appointments and transfers!

Multiple communication problems and late payments. When it comes to surro connections and their “coordinators” they don’t coordinate at all. They will hand you off to somebody else and nobody will tackle a problem unless you nag and nag and nag and even then they may not answer your question or fix the situation. There has to be better agencies to go through considering this one has been far less than easy to deal with. No accountability.

Surro Connections is amazing! Our sweet baby was born in December 2022 and its all thanks to Megan Hall who matched us with the perfect surrogate. We felt so supported by her and Corinne who checked in on us regularly. Surrogacy is a hard, emotional journey for IPs and Im grateful to have had Surro Connections hold our hands. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind and I would recommend them to anyone who needs support through the surrogacy process.

I have been writing this review for the past few days because putting our experience with Surro Connections into words is hard. My husband and I are beyond grateful! Meg and her fantastic team have supported us throughout the past two years. Our journey had bumps along the way, and their team helped us through every one.We had significant issues with the fertility clinic, and Meghan and the Surro team fought for us. The fertility clinic made several errors, one being a huge mistake, and the Surro Connections were our advocates.We originally had a different surrogate, but because of circumstances, we had to search for a new one, and Surro found us the perfect surrogate in days... literally days. We were paired with our dream surrogate, who gave us our miracle baby.I wont go into too much detail, but the beginning of the surrogates pregnancy was medically challenging for her and the baby. There was a time when we didnt know if our son made it, and throughout everything, we were being guided and supported by their entire team. Surro Connections helped our surrogate, baby, and us through this challenging and exciting journey.Our son was born three weeks ago and is perfect in every way. The fantastic team of caring people at Surro Connections helped us achieve our dreams, and we now have our beautiful son Teddy! When it is time for baby number 2, we will be going with Surro Connections again!If anyone is contemplating which agency to choose, Surro Connections is a fantastic organization that cares about intended parents, surrogates, and babies! I cant say enough about how much we appreciate all of their work and for always being our advocate. You will not regret choosing them to help grow your family!

Surro Connections has been amazing in my surrogacy journey. I felt fully supported and encouraged. I always felt comfortable in the decisions I was making along my journey. Always treating me as a friend, never just a number to push through the system. Megan jumped in when a situation arose and gave me her personal phone number for me to contact her at any point, without hesitation. Stephanie was an absolute hero guiding me as my surrogate coordinator. The best part of this journey was delivering a healthy baby girl to her anxiously awaiting parents. After all that hard work, we had arrived to delivery day and we were all on cloud 9. I knew at that point that I wanted in on this beautiful community to help other surrogates with their own journeys. This team has welcomed me in with open arms as a surrogate and now as an employee. Surro Connections was amazing and we would absolutely recommend them! They were with us every step of the way - from helping us find a clinic, matching us with an awesome gestational carrier, contracts, parentage, and beyond. We loved that they were always one call away and had helpful guidance and reassurance along the way. They are super organized and made sure all the escrow and financial stuff were documented and squared away. In addition to caring for us as intended parents, Surro was always there supporting our gestational carrier and checking in with her. We are blessed to have a beautiful, healthy baby boy and wouldnt have been able to do it without everyone on the Surro Connections team :)

I chose Surro Connections after completing my first surrogacy with a different local agency. I saw how supportive everyone from Surro Connections was in a surrogacy Facebook support group I was in, and I knew that was the type of agency I wanted to be with for my second surrogacy. I wanted to feel like I was part of a family and that is exactly what I got!!! Everyone from Surro Connections was so extremely supportive, understanding and caring through every moment of my journey. I appreciated that everyone that works for Surro Connections had either been a surrogate or an intended parent themselves and the knowledge that brought to the process. I was treated with nothing but respect from every member of their staff from day one through well past the delivery. And from what I was told by my intended parents, they were treated very, very well too and have nothing but great things to say about Surro Connections. Everyone from Surro Connections celebrated every exciting milestone with me and was also there to support me during a very hard time in my personal life. I loved my time with Surro Connections so much that I applied for a job with them so I could experience that high level of support every day in my work life too. I highly recommend Surro Connections to all intended parents and anyone considering becoming a surrogate. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I have the chance to be the daddy of a beautiful princess who give us so much love since we are back from the US.Doing this journey was not always easy but it was possible thanks to Megan Hall and all the Surro Connection’s team.All the team did their best to respond to all our questions, reassure us as we had many worries and always shared good advice and beautiful mindset.The relationship with the agency was always based on trust and professionalism. Megan and her team supported us 100% to build our family and we feel so grateful.We had to face with multiple issues during the COVID period and the agency was always supportive and helped us to find solutions in every single issue which may interact in a surrogacy (legal, medical, relationship with the surrogate,our coming in the US and the parentage file).I highly recommend Surro Connections for its values and its integrity.

My husband and I searched an agency for almost 4 years from 2015 till 2019 and we were not able to find the right partners which correspond to what we expected in term of financial aspect but also the way to approach the surrogacy as for us the most important was to have a human story from the very beginning and the different partners we previously met didnt correspond by far to what we wanted to live as intended parents. We had the chance to meet Megan Hall in Paris in May 2019 and decided to move forward with her agency and her team for the amazing values and the professionalism they exercised. We signed the contract at the end of July and matched with our surrogate 6 weeks after. We could always count on the agency from the beginning of the medical checks in September 2019 till the coming back in Paris during an extremely complicated period in August 2020.Megan has an extraordinary team and we had the chance to work with Heather and Stephanie who always supported us in all topics but also our surrogate and her spouse.We based our escrow account in the agency and it has always been managed with a lot of details and never lived mistake. Our baby girl is now with us and we are the happier parents in the world thanks to the agency. I highly recommend Surro Connections so much as we are starting the second journey with them for a birth expected in 2021.

We, a french gay couple, are today the fathers of a beautiful little boy thanks to Surro Connections.From the very beginning, Megan and her team took really good care of us and supported us in every step of the journey. They did not only matched us with a wonderful surrogate, they also advised us regarding the fertility clinic (never underestimate Megans advises), the insurance, the lawyer, helped us avoiding unnecessary spendings and kept us informed of all the details we should be aware of, even though they would not concern them.We will never thank them enough ! It is an absolutely well deserved 5 stars !!

Disgusting company. They have no ethics at all. They allow geriatric surrogates like Amber who also happens to be one of their staff. All financially motivated. Makes me sick

Such an amazing experience start to finish. Megan and her team went above and beyond for us, they treated you like family and we consider them apart of our family nw too. Surro Connections have given us two beautiful boys, and we couldnt be happier. We have used Surro Connections twice, and each time their expertise, knowledge, service, and that personal touch is why we have used them for two journeys and hopefully for our third journey one day.If you want a team that doesnt just treat you like a number and will have your back from start to finish you cannot look past Surro Connections. Thanks you guys so much!!

Never thought i would have so many problems with this company. Had poor communication and several payment received late. 3 months straight payments where late. Tried saying it was the bank but the bank had no records of them sending it on the 1st like the contract said. I had a lawyer from California reach out to me to sign docs when i finally reached out to them i asked why i was dealing with them and she didnt even know the answer. She thought i lived in California or at one time lived there and said no just the transfer took place there only. She was unsure why we were in contact with eachother because the communication sucked. She called someone who worked with the company so they could explain to me why they were in contact with me. Neither one of us new why we were in contact with each other. After she found it was because of the laws of the I.P. lived over seas and Tx laws didnt comply with what they need. If they would have explained that to both parties at the beginning things wouldnt have taken so long to sign docs. I did advise the lawyer in a California and sent her proof that i wasnt signing any docs because the last 3 payment where late and that month was late as well. I had to ge the lawyer involved from California to get payment. From then out i had to copy the lawyer from California to get payment. I also had dr bills i had to pay for up front and submitted and those were also paid late. After delivery i received a hospital bill and sent it to them to pay and they advised they would and didnt need anything from me to pay it. A month later i get an email saying the bill is past due and wasnt paid. I copied the lawyer from California on the email to let her know they arent paying again. After they said they would take care of it. If you want to deal with a company you have to case to get payments on time or pay your dr bills you already paid for up this would be a great company for you to work with them. Beware of issues working with this company.

Megan and her team have been nothing but amazing since day one! We are proud dads to 2 perfect boys born in 2018 and 2020 (yes even during Covid we had a successful pregnancy and Surroconnections took care of everything!)We had such a fantastic connection with our surrogate and it goes to show that Megan and her team are the absolute best in the industry!If we were to embark on our 3rd journey it would definitely be with Surronnections!

I am 6 weeks postpartum from my 2nd surro journey. My first time was independent and this time was with SurroConnections.The ladies running all the paper work are very efficient and work hard. I matched with the 3rd couple that was shown to me(I’m picky). I was assigned a surrogate coordinator(Sarah!) who was around throughout my journey to answer questions or to help in any way. It made me feel really taken care of. COVID got in the way of starting my journey so we were delayed several months but I feel lucky that our IVF worked on the first try and I had a fairly smooth pregnancy. They now have a son and we are all happy.From a surrogate perspective, if you’re considering carrying for an agency, I fully encourage you to consider this one. It is run by wonderful women. There no drama. No B.S. No nonsense(My mom legit, thought they were flying me to Vegas to harvest my organs, not for an embryo transfer. Yes, seriously). Just wonderful women who care about you(it sounds exhausting, I don’t know how they do it 24/7).

My wife and I chose SurroConnections to be our agency as she undertook a surrogacy journey. We were looking for a queer family to help have a family of their own. We hoped to do two journeys with the same family. We were matched with a couple in France who we adored and then things started going sideways. The legal contracting was botched both by the IPs attorney (who we assume was sourced by SurroConnections) and by the interference by the agency owner, resulting in damage to our relationship with the IPs which we struggled to recover from. There was grossly inadequate education done for the surrogate. We were never even shown the “handbook” till well after the pregnancy was established. The pregnancy itself was straightforward but was complicated enormously by COVID and the clear lack of understanding of new WA surrogacy law by the SurroConnections. Towards the end of the pregnancy the agency asked us to lie to consular officials in order to obtain permission for the IPs to travel to the US to be present for the birth of their baby. We refused to do so. Instead the Agency did it in order to facilitate the IPs travel. We hoped the final straw was the Agency requiring a change of caregiver for the delivery at 38 weeks gestation which was a terrifically stressful and unnecessary process. We did as required. The agency abandoned us at this point. They continued to be in close contact with the IPs but there was no follow up postpartum, despite the owner hosting our IPs and their new baby in her home four days after my wife gave birth to her.As I write this my wife is 12 weeks postpartum. Yesterday we learned that our IPs, who we worked so hard with to create a good relationship after our struggles, are days away from transferring their second embryo into another surrogate. They tell us that SurroConnections told them months into their first pregnancy that we would not be able to do a second journey. No one had a conversation with us. These plans were not shared with us even as the IPs were interviewing the new surrogate candidate while waiting on the birth of their first baby.Our journey with SurroConnections taught us that despite their membership in an association of ethical surrogacy agencies, that they are motivated by money and the wants of their IPs above all else. Make no mistake that the well-being of the surrogates in their portfolio is a secondary consideration. We had hoped desperately in this process to achieve what our IPs lovingly referred to as a Human Story and literally extend our family by helping them build theirs. But Megan Hall and SurroConnections have managed to reduce us to disposable baby growers. Move on! Here’s another waiting uterus to put your embryo in! Lots more where they come from. We feel commodified and used at the end of our association with SurroConnections. We strongly recommend that other surrogate candidates seek another agency. The choice to become a surrogate and the incredible work involved deserves agency representation which is as devoted to surrogates as the IPs who have all the money. SurroConnections is not that agency.

I just delivered on 11/15/2020. My experience with Surro Conmections was amazing! Great communication, quick responses and prompt payments.My IFs were international and also always had great things to say about Surro connections and Megan!I would highly recommend Surro Connections if you looking to become (or find!) a surrogate ❤️

I have been a surrogate with surro connections for many years. I was matched with the perfect German family. I had a baby boy February 24th. Our relationship natural evolved from acquaintances to someone I consider family. We decided to try for a sibling who joined the family August 20th 2020. Delivery during a pandemic wasn’t easy, but surro connections helped coordinate the parents traveling internationally during a time that we all didn’t think was possible. During this emotional time they listened to our concerns and always reached out to make sure we understand the process and didn’t have unanswered questions. They don’t give up easily and have always advocated for me and my IPS. I still get updates and emails from my IPS. Most recently an emotional call to thank me on thanksgiving. Surro connections really took the time to make sure our match was perfect. My questions and emails were answered in a timely manner and I never felt like I was alone in the process. I have referred several woman to surro connections who have gone on to help complete families. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue to refer woman. Thank you Megan, Heather and Stephanie. I can’t thank you enough for being my biggest cheerleader.

This agency always had my back and was looking out for me. I was very blessed to have so much love and support. They still check in on me and I have completed my journey. I felt like I gained more family through the process not just a carrier of a baby.
