I’ve been coming here since May for the semiglutide shot for my PCOS + loss weight and every single time it’s such a great visit. All the ladies working here and super nice and welcoming. They answer all my questions and go beyond to make sure I have all the right information. I have recommended 3 people here already, I love it!

Very friendly staff. They are always very knowledgeable when you have or need questions answered, they are understanding and give great care. The facility is super clean too. Cant say enough about them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Booked an appt with Angela for a free consultation she was not even there. Office is terrible. I could hear the patient in the room discussing her medical issues. No privacy. The person I did see read from the paperwork in front of her and didnt add anything that was not handed to me. I asked if they took care credit before I did anything and they said they did. I felt rushed into getting the shot and didnt feel like I had all the knowledge i needed. She had to call Angela to get confirmation that I could get the shot. After I received the shot I come to find out they are not a merchant with care credit. And can not accept it so I paid a different way but I feel they should know what they accept and dont. I would have went elsewhere if I knew they didnt take the form of payment I came with. When you book with a certain person that is who you should be seen by. I booked with Angela because of all the great review On her. Very disappointed with my visit.

I really did like this place until today. We had a really bad experience, my friend who is also a customer had to use the bathroom. We come from an hour away and the bathroom was locked due to it being broken. The front desk lady said they only had a personal bathroom. So another customer comes in and asks to use the bathroom. Same explanation but they let her use the bathroom because she came from far. Well so did we. We asked again and then they send a different nurse to finish our service and not offer to use their personal bathroom. I read a lot of reviews saying they feel like family when they come in. But this wasn’t the case today. They tell us to stay hydrated but refused to let us use the bathroom. I’m not happy with our experience today. Poor service. Not friendly. But I doubt they will care.

The office was very private. Only one person seems to be scheduled at a time. Angela was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel very comfortable. I had no side effects from the medicine. My cravings seem to be under control. After the first week, I have lost 5 pounds. I had my first appointment with Tricia earlier this morning and not only was the entire staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, Tricia was highly encouraging and truly listened to the reasons for my choice to become a patient of Midwest Medical.The office itself is quaint, extremely clean, and private. Tricia shared the expected and realistic maintenance plan associated with the route I am choosing and I can honestly say that her encouragement and friendliness helped me to truly believe I will be happy in my own skin again.

My one piece of advice for anyone debating going to this clinic, is RUN and don’t walk! The service I received was top notch! I’ve been very nervous to try Semaglutide for weight loss and Angela made the entire process so easy and seamless and answered all my questions immediately. I’m so happy I found this clinic and can’t recommend them enough!

Angela is spectacular! She has been doing my filler and botoc for so long now and I wont go to anyone else. I have been here at least 4-5x now for weight issues but they offer SO MUCH MORE! IV therapy, well visits, a whole pharmacy, they even see kids! The staff is amazing, they are knowledgeable and super friendly! Plus, they offer same day appointments! Definitely a must for all your health needs!

Midwest Medical, Weight Loss & Aesthetics is the best option for weight loss, cosmetic injectables, hormone balancing and laser treatments. The staff is super nice, knowledgeable and makes everyone feel comfortable. I am late to almost every appointment and they are extremely accommodating.

I have really been struggling with weight gain due to a really tough year a while ago, slap the transition to working from home full time on top of that (aka 20 lbs gained in one calendar year), and I have never been more uncomfortable in my own skin and body. I’m accustomed to being active and fit but I’m far from both of those right now which results in self-loathing and shame thus keeping me out of the gym because I’m embarrassed with myself.I walked into the Orland office and my appointment with Angela could not have been more encouraging and informative. I felt comfortable and excited to put myself, my health, and my happiness first again and I truly believe Angela will play a major role in this transformation.

I am a 63-year-old woman who had shoulder surgery and then packed on a good amount of weight after that. It’s a struggle at this age as a woman with extra torso weight. I was having a tough time fighting this battle with acne and she recommended a treatment. I was seeing angela for the last 8 months and my skin feels so great and CLEAR! The treatments were painless and her hands are just magical!I decided later on that i wanted to try lip fillers and a little bit of botox. I was super nervous but Angela definitely calmed my nerves. I ended up getting 2 syringes on my lips and 15 units of botox in my forehead. She made everything look so natural. Staff and services are amazing!! I have major allergies and Angela suggested the allergy shot. My symptoms were at their worse and very debilitating!! Shortly after the shot, all symptoms went away and stayed away!!
