Today is graduation day from RMA Freehold with Dr. Doherty and his absolutely amazing team. Two years I go I came to this facility as a Single Mother by Choice on the verge of 40 with a dream to become a mother. I also had a history of fibroids and two myomectomy surgeries under my belt. Dr. Doherty worked with me and encouraged me that my age was not a factor. He also continously reminded me that it only takes one. He never let me lose faith that it was still possible, despite the highs and lows of the journey. I also have to thank the nurses Sara Friedwald and Amy Cascone for their support and consistent communication through the process. Also for the team at Freehold, Melissa, Stephanie, Reni, Reena, and so much more. The office was always comfortable, friendly, and full of positive life. Never was anyone rude or short with the patients. The ladies at the office have made this a bittersweet graduation today and I am so thankful for everyones support throughout my journey. Thank you a million times over.

I had an amazing experience with RMA and the entire staff. Dr. Cheng, Dr Doherty, all the nurses, phlebotomists, front desk staff, everyone was really great. Dr Doherty really made us feel comfortable with his medical experience in helping us make the right decisions for our fertility journey. We never had a bad experience in the 2 years on our journey. We appreciate everyone. In the end we are waiting for our miracle baby to be born soon! Thank you RMA

I cannot thank enough Dr. Doherty, our NP Melissa, our Nurse Jennifer, and all of the staff at the Somerset and Freehold Offices for their support and compassion during one of the most difficult and challenging times in our lives. Our journey had a lot of ups and downs but we always felt supported and guided through it all. From my initial consultation I knew that I was in the right place and that everyone had our best interest at heart. Dr. Doherty truly cares about his patients and always took the time to answer any questions and/or address any concerns we had. The individualized care we received at RMA went above and beyond our expectations. Our miracle baby is due in October, which wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our amazing team, to whom we are so grateful! We will hopefully be back in the future for baby #2!

I can not say enough good things about RMA. Dr. Doherty was simply amazing. My husband and I saw him, mainly, in the Somerset office. We always felt well informed every step of the way. We graduated from RMA on July 5th with me being at 8 weeks. I was fighting back tears when speaking to Dr. Doherty during our last appointment. I wish he could be with us for the duration of this pregnancy. Thats how comfortable and safe we felt with him. IVF is such a scary and long process but when you have a doctor like Dr. Doherty it makes it easier to handle. Our other morning monitoring doctors were the best. We can not thank them enough. Our nurse, Olena was awesome. She always responded in a timely manner and kept us informed. Im going to miss her as well. The Somerset office staff was like no other. It truly felt like family. I only visited the Freehold office once but still had an amazing experience. Thank you RMA for everything.

Love love love my team at RMA! From our initial Consultation with Melissa until the day we were discharged. Dr. Leo Doherty, Melissa Martinez (NP) and Shelby Kist (Nurse) are the best! Always made me feel comfortable, extremely knowledgeable, informative and great bedside manners. Just an overall wonderful and positive experience going through the entire IVF process and I fully recommend RMA to anyone experiencing infertility. Gold star 🌟

I cannot thank Dr. Doherty and his team enough! Being with RMA for almost two years, i never doubted that we were in the best hands. The fertility journey can be challenging and navigating it is so much easier with supportive care. I cannot share enough about my positive experience with the entire clinical team at RMA. I know that they work with many individuals but not once did I feel like a number being ushered through the system/process. I can’t think of enough amazing things to say about the RMA Freehold staff. They are so kind, patient and understanding. I’m especially grateful for Dr. Doherty and our nurse, Erin. They’re extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Without them, I wouldn’t be sitting here with my perfect 14 month old. I can’t thank RMA enough for helping us with this gift we prayed so long for.

I’ve finally graduated! It’s a bittersweet moment. I’m immensely grateful for the professional team at RMA, including the Doctors, nurses, receptionist, and phlebotomists! Their knowledge and empathy made every step of the process easier during overwhelming times. However, I wish the financial coordinator had shown more empathy instead of treating it purely as a business transaction. Nonetheless, RMA’s top-notch lab ensured each of my eggs had the best chance of creating an embryo. Thank you for making our family-building dream possible!

The most incredible , thoughtful and caring team of professionals. So thankful we made the decision to go there. Truly doing Gods work. Dr Morinalo is a sweetheart and so caring. My nurse Lauren was very caring and thorough. Thankful for everything they did for us and helping us.

Dr. Doherty is one of the most sincere, understanding, & compassionate doctors that we have ever come into contact with. As a matter of fact, everyone at RMA from the doctors to the nurses & staff were truly amazing. Dr Doherty and his team were very helpful and supportive with helping me and my husband manage getting prepared to get pregnant. We got pregnant on our own but they were still there to help us navigate the beginning of the pregnancy making sure all was going well. The communication with the team was wonderful.

I originally went to the freehold office as a second opinion after I was told metformin was my only option with another fertility dr. I loved RMA and went for about a year and was told to lose weight so we could do IUI, I FINALLY hit my IUI goal and they told me IVF was my best option and to lose 20 more pounds. I was in the process of doing that and RMA ghosted me I had called multiple times with questions and concerns, I had also messaged my nurse Ane on the portal and she also ghosted me and stopped responding to me. This wasn’t even the first time it just happened to be the longest time which was 4 months. I called to have them send my records to a new dr and they said they would and 3 weeks later and they still haven’t. First appointment with my new dr and they are willing to do things for us that RMA refused. Sadly they also ghosted my friend, I would NEVER recommend RMA to any friends or family. Not to mention I was supposed to take progesterone to avoid ANOTHER miscarriage and my nurse NEVER sent the medicine I had to keep calling her to send it. She was horrible with communication and should try to work on that as this process needs alot of communication. Struggling with infertility for 3 years is stressful enough, I shouldn’t have to worry whether or not my nurse or dr are gonna finally get back to me. Please do better RMA.

I was hesitant to start IVF for a few years but Dr. Doherty sat down with me 2-3 times to go over the entire process. He really put mine and my husbands minds at ease and we were excited to start the process of completing our family. As of two days ago we have completed our IVF journey at RMA Freehold!With a solid plan in place from day 1 I knew I was in the best hands and receiving the best care. Dr. Doherty is direct, has a wonderful bedside manner and a calming approach. He made each step of the process easy to understand when it could have been very overwhelming.His nurse Sara is also very kind and easy to talk to. She took the time to answer all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner whether it was via email or phone call. She also helped me out tremendously with understanding the medication.The phlebotomist on site is also an absolute rockstar. People usually have a hard time getting my blood drawn, but she got me on the first go every single time and it never hurt!I could go on and on about my time at RMA, but I’ll end on this note. My appts were weekly at 6am. Every single person working at that time was so kind and so friendly and it was just really nice to see that so early in the morning. It made the entire experience that more enjoyable.The vibes were just really good in the office and our overall experience was great!We highly recommend Dr. Doherty and his team at RMA Freehold! Thank you for everything!

The fertility journey can be a difficult one sometimes, but Dr. Doherty and his team always made me feel comfortable. I feel grateful to have been a patient of Dr. Doherty. He is very kind, takes his time, and he is thorough. Any patient who is under his care should/will never have to worry about their journey, whether it is with IUI or IVF. He’s a great doctor, and the rest of his team was always pleasant to work with. Kira always responded back to me in a timely manner through the portal messages, and on occasion, worked around calling me during times that were most convenient to my schedule. Reni, Reina & Melissa to name a few, were also wonderful. I know I’m missing others names, but overall everyone was great. Dr. Doherty is the best! I look forward to sending pictures when our baby arrives. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am so grateful to Dr. Doherty, Sara and the entire RMA Freehold team. From the moment we met Dr. Doherty, we felt at ease and trusted that he would would be the best Doctor to guide us through the process. I never felt like I had to question any of the decisions that were being made with respect to treatment. He never gave up on us and didn’t push donor eggs despite my age (40-41) and failed first transfer. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. You will never feel like “just a number” at this office. I was happy and also very sad to graduate and would have loved to stay under their care if possible.

Grateful for Dr Doherty and his team at RMA. They are kind and really care about their patients. The office I went to previously for IUI was horrible, treated me like just a number, and I was terrified of starting the IVF process. Dr D and his team made me feel at ease, comfortable, and supported. Thank you for everything!

Dr Doherty and the RMA team are nothing short of amazing. Dr Doherty is an expert in his field and truly cares about his patients. He has a very calm and caring bedside manner as well! The whole staff at RMA make going through a tough process much easier. They honestly take a lot of stress out of the experience and are very structured and well run! RMA has changed our lives and we are now expecting a beautiful little boy :)

My husband and I saw Dr. Doherty mainly in the somerset office and occasionally in the freehold office. I remember the day we met Dr. Doherty, full of nerves and anxiety. However, Dr. Doherty eased our fears, made us feel heard, answered my many questions and gave us most importantly hope. After two failed iuis (required due to our insurance), two egg retrievals and one transfer we are pregnant with our miracle. Dr. Doherty was with us every single step of the way - through many monitoring appointments, phone calls, our saline sonogram, our transfer, our positive beta, and our graduation day. We trusted his protocols and plans which he always explained to us. Each time we saw him or spoke with him I would bring a notebook with questions and he would answer each one. Never making me feel like my questions weren’t valid and always giving me a direct and honest answer which was always appreciated. Dr. Doherty exudes compassion, intelligence and patience. His bedside manner is unmatched. We are so grateful for him. We miss Dr. Doherty, the most amazing nurse Shelby and the RMA staff. Our Graduation day in November was emotional, filled with a lot more happiness than my husband and I have ever felt before and we thank Dr. Doherty for being by our side through that. Dr. Doherty is simply the best! He is calm, reassuring, and positive. My husband and I felt comfortable with him during our journey. It’s certainly not an easy journey but absolutely worth it and rewarding when you hear “you’re pregnant”! We are blessed to be pregnant from our first IVF transfer. I’d also like to thank Kira who was equally as calm, reassuring, and helpful during all of the unknowns. She was always an email or phone call away and answered my questions patiently. If you are considering RMA and Dr. Doherty, you will be in amazing hands!

I can not imagine what my IVF experience would have been like anywhere else. RMA’s staff is always professional, sensitive and kind. They are incredibly organized and available to answer any questions which makes a confusing time much more manageable!Dr. Doherty is the best and has wonderful bedside manner. His knowledge is unmatched and he is personable and able to explain everything so that you’re not leaving the office with more questions than answers. He is sensitive to the needs of his patients and makes you feel confident in your treatment plan. Kira is an amazing nurse that is always answers questions promptly and with compassion and respect. Thanks to the two of them and the rest of the RMA team, I have two perfect IVF babies.RMA is the best of the best. They’re constantly learning, growing and improving the art of IVF so I’ve always known I’m in the very best hands. I cannot thank Dr. Doherty enough! He is a phenomenal RE! Kind, caring, humble, conscientious, empathetic….After struggling to conceive for two years and having a terrible experience with a different fertility clinic coming to RMA and having Dr. Doherty was like having a weight lifted off my shoulders.I was instantly at ease after meeting Dr. Doherty for the very first time. And within less than six months I’m pregnant! I cannot put into words the excellent care that he and the office staff at RMA has provided and for the amazing gift that they have given me!I feel so blessed to have had Dr. Doherty as my doc! I have great confidence in him and his abilities!

I had my first IVF baby with RMA at age 37 and 2nd at age 39. After being married for 10 years we couldn’t figured out why I can’t get pregnant. Then I turned to RMA. My doctor is Dr Leo Doherty. I had been through 3 + retrievals and embryo transfers, each time we make progress and here we go, we have two beautiful babies bring happiness to our family everyday. Every woman has her own journey to get pregnant, some super easy, well, most are not. Please do not lose hope and enjoy your life no matter what. I’m very grateful of RMA’s doctors and staff’s work and support during past few years.

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Doherty. He is an amazing doctor who is intelligent, thorough, well-informed, observant, and knowledgeable. He is excellent at his job. In addition to all this, he is also kind, engaged, sympathetic, and just an overall good person. I find the combination of talented doctor and nice person to be exceedingly rare, but Dr. Doherty really is the whole package.

Dr. Doherty is the BEST! This week I just “graduated” from his office with an 8 weeks pregnancy. This is my second successful pregnancy. I did IUI for my first baby and IVF for my second one. Both times I have a successful pregnancy with one cycle. I am very thankful for Dr. Doherty and all the staff in the Freehold office.

This is my second IVF transfer. Doctor Leo F. Doherty, MD is amazing doctor and whole RMA team is great. Love everything about them. Thank you so much once again.

Dr. Doherty has helped me beyond expectations, and I am forever grateful. He was determined to help me get pregnant, and was always incredibly patient and kind, even when I was emotional, confused, and asking a lot of questions. He has a wonderful bedside manner and shows genuine compassion for his patients. I really appreciate how he always takes time out of his day to make the difficult phone calls himself to offer support and potential next steps forward. Despite our long and complicated fertility journey, with much uncertainty along the way, our trust in Dr. Doherty to navigate us in the right direction never wavered. He is truly the best and made a very difficult journey as bearable as possible. We will forever be incredibly thankful to Dr. Doherty for the gift he has given to us.

I visited both the Freehold and Eatontown offices during my time here and I have to say both locations have the friendliest staff and the best doctors! They all take the time to make you feel comfortable and explain the procedures. Fertility treatments can be long journey, but the team at RMA walks with you through it all and gives you space and a break when you need it. My nurse Erin was always available for questions and so supportive in everything. Were now expecting our first baby in June!

I cannot say enough about the RMA Team of Freehold, New Jersey. For nearly 3 years, Dr. Leo Doherty along with his nurses, Sara and Kira, were my knight and shining armor. They were beyond patient, kind, and guided me day in and day out along my fertility journey. Anyone personally involved in fertility knows the potential trials and tribulations that often come with this territory and without their support and their unwavering efforts, Im not sure I would have survived this emotionally. From day one, I genuinely felt that MY opinions and suggestions mattered and that they were always considered. After 3 years of countless labs, ultra sounds, procedures, egg retrieval and 3 rounds of IVF, my husband and I are nearly 3 months pregnant and beyond grateful! While I know there are numerous fertility resources in the area, RMA felt like family from the moment you enter the door. Theres a feeling of safety and security that I cant quite describe but cherish beyond words. Quite literally, everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, NPs, the doctors and were so so so wonderful. I developed really special relationships with everyone which is why graduating from RMA really was biter sweet, (I cried like a baby), and I cannot wait to come back in 6 months to share our bundle of joy! We cannot thank RMA enough!

My experience with RMA was a positive one. I would highly recommend Dr.Doherty to be your doctor I saw many doctors throughout my journey but he is by far the best. His bedside manner is possible the best I have ever encountered. He has patience and will answer any questIons you have. I wish he could deliver out first child. I had two nurses as well who could not have been better Sarah and Gordanna. If fertility scares you and you need an empathetic and caring team these three individuals I highly recommend. I could not say enough good words about them.

Dr. Doherty is very caring and knowledgeable. He understood our fears and gave us one miracle two years ago and we went back for round two and were successful!

Can’t say enough amazing things about this company and the people who work here. IVF is not an easy process but they hold your hand and guide you every step of the way. I primarily work with Dr. Molinaro, Erin, Maureen, and Reny and they are all amazing people. Every person I speak on the phone with or speak in person to, from the front desk to the phlebotomists, techs, nurses, and doctors are caring, knowledgeable, and so eager to help in any way they can. I am so so thankful I was referred here and will recommend this place to anyone in need. I cannot thank all of you enough.

Dr. Molinaro is a blessing. He gave us hope when we didnt have any. When another doctor told us that we would need an egg donor, Dr. Molinaro did not give up. We are so thankful for him and his expertise. The staff at RMA Eatontown is fantastic!!!!

Be sure to ask all the right questions & get all the testing possible for the embryos. After being told multiple times that IVF is a sure way to have a healthy baby. Our baby has a rare disorder that they cant explain what her life will be like or how long she will live for. After questioning RMA how did this happen?The response was Nothing is a sure thing!

This process isn’t easy but it’s worth it 5 months old now my IVF BABY Angelina ❤️First transfer was successful in every way ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you so much Nurse Erin and Dr. Doherty ❤️

• Whenever we call our nurse, no one ever answers, always have to leave voicemail and sometimes never get a call returned. Our nurse even had a voicemail that stated phone calls won’t be returned and after a complaint, it was changed.• Whenever we do reach someone from the main office number, we always, and I mean literally always, got rude receptionists, often not answering phone calls or answering the phone giggling, and talking over us. The worst customer service you could ever experience, especially for a place as sensitive as this. Offices are empty, no excuse for the laziness and nasty attitude.• Got bloodwork first day, they have never said for what, and they never went over financial.• Was told that we were covered for genetic testing and not to worry about it, only to find out that it was never covered. We now owe thousands of dollars. No one ever told us before-hand, never asked us if we wanted to do it in the first place. Instead, they had us sign papers after bloodwork without reviewing what we were signing for.• Called financial, they told us to contact the lab and to pay in cash that it can cost a hundred or so per person. The lab we spoke with said this is illegal and we need to go through insurance, this was advice from financial.• When wife started her period, never told us the next steps. We set one appointment and no one told us that she needed to do another bloodwork within 1-3 day which didn’t require appointment. Someone called her to go and do it, and the person was extremely rude about it.• Found out later that she was required to pick up a prescription, which they never put the order for at our pharmacy. We had to call back to go do that, very irresponsible.• I called back to speak with the “manager” as the google response from the owner stated. There either is no manager or they were playing games. First person didn’t want to, eventually then directed me to another person, who admitted they weren’t the manager, and unnecessarily argued with me. Eventually did speak to the financial manager, or so they said, who said they’d take care of thousands of dollars in charges for something that was covered, no update as of yet.• I am going elsewhere, waste of time and money and the most unprofessional place I’ve ever witnessed, literally anywhere. My wife and I both do not trust these people for even the slightest and you shouldn’t either. Awful and highly insensitive experience. You should be ashamed of yourself.• Owner, if phone calls are recorded, maybe you should start pulling them and start firing your employees.• I also “can’t say enough” of how fake the Google reviews appear.

Does not cooperate well with your other providers. Makes the process a lot more difficult than it needs to be. The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful but the office policies make no sense and constrain the staffs ability to do their job well.

I was told by my doctor to come here to confirm the results of an operation. They never pick up the phone, instead opting for a robot to tell you to make appointments on the website... Which just tells you to leave information so they can call you back. If you miss that call the whole mess starts over... Except they never even called me on the third try. I walked in to see if I could maybe make an appointment on location as I live too far away to do the test from home. No one is at the counter, and no one answered when I called out. I tried calling again, only to find that the line doesnt even ring in building, its just a robot line. I dont know if this is because of holidays or what, but dont get a vasectomy in September, and expect to have it confirmed expect to have it confirmed, here, during November or December.

Unorgized, too much attitude from people that schedule the appointments and never go over financial and submit our bloodwork to other places without asking. Nothing towards Dr. He was nice.

They were really good with everything. The scheduling, the service overall was amazing! We didnt give up !
