I made an appointment with Dr. Arthur because I hoped this would be a better option than urgent care; however, the appointment ended up being a complete waste of my time. I explained my concerns and felt dismissed rather than heard. I was told to expect lab results back within three days but had to call the office to follow up myself 8 days after the appointment after I had not heard from them. I then felt the recommended treatment did not take into account the concerns I expressed during my appointment or medical history. If you have also struggled with getting medical care providers to take your health concerns seriously, unfortunately your experience will not be different here. I would not recommend this provider or office.

I had high hopes in seeing Dr Arthur. I had been looking for a uro-gyn for a long time with issues that have been I have been dealing with since my teens. I did not feel heard by this doctor. Instead, I felt dismissed and referred onwards. I even came in with bloodwork and notes and diagrams. When you pay several hundred dollars to see a specialist you hope to be understood and have a connection. It felt as if she did not understand me and was looking through me. The experience felt “cold.” Also, the atmosphere of the office was a bit odd.I had a reaction to the antibiotics I was prescribed and it took the office several days to get back to me. By the time they responded, I had already almost finished the antibiotics and ended up toughing it out even though I was having some type of cardiac allergic response. When you have an infection and are in pain, the last thing you want to do is stop your antibiotics and get a kidney infection that is now antibiotic resistance. Especially when you have a history of hospitalization for this issue.This is my first negative review of a physician. I would rather “upvote” than downvote. Needless to say, I have cancelled my follow up visit and will not return.

Dr Arthur is an exceptional dr. She’s kind, listens, is very professional, calls her patients (even late on Friday evening,) and as a patient includes you in your own treatment plan. Truly an amazing physician and person!

Definitely a good experience. She always explain everything to me and answers all my questions to the fullest. I feel so comfortable with her and knowing that she truly cares. Thank you Dr. Arthur!
