Prism Health North Texas - Worth Street Health Center

I’ve officially been going to this location for a full year. I wouldn’t change my doctor or location because they are 1000/10. I appreciate Christine customer service, always following up, and being very professional from the call center. Christine always making sure I get my appointment schedule accordingly to my work schedule. I also want to say thank you to Shakira Johnson, the MA staff, and the front desk! They do a fantastic job! The Athena Patient app is also a good resource. The whole team is amazing. Thank you so much for y’all hard work.

My Name is Mario Nava and I’d like to make a comment about the facility on Worth Street.I have been a patient at PHNT for many years and I love their customer service and the way they make you feel belong. Staff is always friendly and outgoing. Always making sure they answer all of your personal questions and concerns.Octavia (girl on front desk), she is the kindest, sweetest and professional staff member I’ve love to communicate to since she is caring when coming with concerns or doctor’s visits as well as rescheduling (if needed).Yeah, I go there to get treated but I got to point out that the customer service she provides to patients like myself cannot be retributed but with gratitude and appreciation by myself.I am thankful for counting on PHNT services who hires professionals to serve our community.

My provider for the past few years, Shakira Johnson, has been a joy to work with for all of my medical needs! She is attentive, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen. Out of all the prism facilities this one is the BEST.The staff here is extremely pleasant, understanding, kind but above all HIGHLY SKILLED.From the front desk with Ms.Octavia; and people like Ms.Shakira, and Ms.Phyliss with humane professional patient care to the labs, they make you feel safe and comfortableThe people here truly make this place an example of what elite patient care is.

I have been a patient for quite sometime. Shikira J has been one of the best. She always listens to me as a patient always positive, approachable with anything you may have going on in your life. Prism Health has definitely grown a lot and highly recommend. Ask for Shikira! ShawnB

Great place, but the privacy for the patient is not taken serious. They gossip your name outside of the business. Total violation to privacy. Some office workers gossip their personal business to patients. They come on your job and tell others your status. The black ladies are too personal with you. Why the can’t just be business? SMH. Privacy. Not gossip patients names to their spouses , etc. please address this with your staff. It’s like they expose you to your work place. Disturbing. Can patients trust these workers?

Omg I just love Ms. Phyllis. Easy to talk to ,PATIENT ADVOCATE & buckets. She answers your questions and puts you at ease . She’s well informed and an Ally.If Ms. Phyllis isn’t your prep provider ask for her by name.

I wish the website works. Too bad it is a piece of junk and I can’t sign up to book an appointment
