This is the absolute worse place to get treatment. They don’t reply to your messages, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone and when you do they are rude. The front desk staff act as though you’re bothering them when you check in. Having a non medical case manager assigned is a joke they know less than you do and let paperwork expire. The doctor change so often there’s no need to try to remember their name or get comfortable enough to talk to them about anything. The clinic is outdated and falling apart. The charges to insurance are astronomical yet can’t provide basic care.

Dr.Margaret Kosek is most likely the best in her field.I have been having some hard-to-diagnose health issues since a hand surgery in 2019, including FUOs and some other odd and sporadic symptoms. She honestly ran every test known to mankind. She left no stone unturned. I really appreciated her because, all to often, middle-aged women are dismissed by doctors as hypochondriacs. Womens health care in the United States can leave much to be desired. Thats why women often have higher rates of death from first-time heart attacks over men. All to often, its dismissed as anxiety or menopause related. It takes, on average, 4 to 6 years for a woman to get properly diagnosed if she has an autoimmune disorder. If youre thinking about visiting Dr.Kosek, do not hesitate. Shes a compassionate person, actively listens and is a genius. I have nothing but praise for her. 🙌🙌🙌

Tried to make an appointment to get help with the symptoms I still have after being treated for RMSF. Over the course of months I tried to have two referrals sent for both to be denied. No one ever called me or the doctors office to say why, or even that they were denied. They only ever called (supposedly this last time) to say they dont take my insurance, which Im pretty sure they said they do take the first time I called (why go through the trouble of a referral if they dont take my insurance?).Multiple times I called I had to wait forever on hold or call back multiple times just to ask somebody about getting an appointment. If this is what its like just trying to get an appointment, I cant imagine actually going there.*an edit: Remembered at one point I was told that the doctor just outright refused to see me. Probably the most knowledgeable people in the area about tick borne illness and decided to refuse me service because...they just didnt want to? Im not sure where else they expect me to get help. I was sick for a year before anyone even tested me for RMSF to begin with.
