I would give it a zero if I could. I made an appointment for 10:30 AM. Arrived in time. I was the only person there. Two people at front desk looking their phones. I was taken back to a room and blood pressure taken etc. then told “provider would be right in”. Sat there for 40 minutes. Nothing. No voices heard outside. NOTHING. I opened the door to once again two people sitting at the front desk looking at their phones. I asked when I would be seen. Was told “provider would be right in”. 20 minutes later NOTHING! I’ve now waited an hour. Open the door again and am told “we had an emergency”. I asked when and they said “just now”. I understand emergencies happen however that does not explain my waiting an hour. I then just decided to leave. When I said I was leaving a VERY RUDE GIRL NAMED EMILY said SEE YA. BYE BYE.No apologies for the wait and or wasting my time. Just a rude GOOD BYE!Worst customer service ever.I’d also like to know exactly what a “provider” is? Obviously NOT a doctor as advertised.DO NOT GO HERE. STAY AWAY! THEY ARE THE WORST!

Fast, thorough service. I scheduled an appt/ timeslot and was seen within 10 minutes of walking in. The nurse was efficient, the dr came in soon after my vitals were taken and I was in and out in 20 minutes. The office is clean, there is plenty of seating and I was able to get an RX at my local pharmacy as soon as the pharmacy opened.

This is the 1st time in my life Ive been treated like royalty at an urgent care facility. From the receptionist to the nurse to the RN...TOP TIER service from beginning until the end. I brought my mom in for an arm injury and they were so sweet, kind, gentle and had amazing senses of humor. I received 2 follow up calls, same day from the wonderful and attentive RN, Zenxia. Nurse Emily was also an absolute joy. I didnt get the receptionists name but she was so warm and welcoming upon entry and leaving. If I ever need to go back to urgent care, this is where Ill be going. Thank you, Inova GoHealth Team - Ashbrook Commons. You all were amazing!

The staff was excellent and wait time was non-existent. The staff was professional, courteous, answered all of our questions and treated our daughter quickly. She loved the popsicle afterwards. Highly recommend them!

Everyone was very helpful in taking care of me while at Inova GoHealth! Ester Kim, PA was excellent all the way from analyzing my symptoms, asking the appropriate questions and providing me with effective treatment. She was extremely thorough by requesting a Flu test and chest Xray to be conducted as part of my workup. She was great.Also the Xray technician was very thorough. Once the chest Xrays were completed they were sent to Fairfax Radiology for review. I had the results back in my MyChart within 45 minutes and Ester Kim, PA was also kind enough to call me to discuss the results.I originally called at 10 AM to make an appointment for 3 PM. I decided to go earlier and arrived at 2:15 and was seen within 15- 20 mins . . . . Not bad for a busy Saturday during a holiday weekend.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with Inova GoHealth Urgent Care, and the Ashbrook Commons location is no exception. I called ahead to inquire about the wait time and was greeted by a very helpful and kind employee. Checking in was easy, and I was seen much faster than the estimated time. The location is clean, and the staff is efficient and kind, even in the midst of an incredibly busy day for them. Both Joe and Julia made my visit quick and painless. Julia really took her time to help explain my options and ensure we got to the bottom of my symptoms.

Visted the new Inova Go Health several times over the past few weeks and found it very convenient, staff very courteous and FNP/medical staff really good at checking everything before you leave.From reception, medical assistants, to Irene Odigie to Julia Levenson, as well as supporting staff calling in prescriptions..all worked together as a team.Impressed and recommend.

Thank you for quickly seeing my son, diagnosing and prescribing medication! We were in and out in under an hour. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. This location will be our go-to for Urgent Care needs.

I would not recommend coming here. They close at 8 but I assure you if you come at 7:30 they are going to treat you like crap. They were so short and rude. They couldn’t do X-rays so they sent me off to the hospital for imaging and “will call you tomorrow with the results”. Never got a call. I tried calling them and left a message and heard nothing back. So I guess I’ll figure out my own treatment plan? Don’t bother, go elsewhere.

This place was great. I came in this past Friday to get my staph infected finger drained. I hate needles and was super nervous about the whole thing but the doctor, who’s name I can’t for the life of me remember, did such a great job of walking me through it and keeping the mood light. My finger was in pretty bad shape and now I’m healing up great and it’s just about back to new. Thanks doc!

I have been at this location several times for my children. I took my daughter here and she has had a cough for 4 weeks and 3 days, she has been throwing up with yellow mucus and has a fever. Negative for all test but she has a bacterial infection! The doctor was ONLY going to prescribe an antibiotic if she had pneumonia! She said to follow up with her doctor, so I can spend more money for her to just get an antibiotic and feel better! I will NOT be returning to this place ever again!

The nicest staff. Clean and spacious. You get the feeling that your problems are their number one priority. This is within in walking distance for me which is a plus as well. I Definitely would recommend this office to everyone.

Signed up successfully on the website for a test that apparrenlty cannont be given to adults. Signed in at the clinic and the front desk person knew what test I was signed up for and never told me that it cannot be administered to adults. Great patient care.

The front desk staff were very helpful and delightful & so was the nurse practitioner on duty. I came in on a Sunday & it was not busy. I did make an appointment, which I would recommend doing because it saves a lot of time filling out your information before hand. They also saw me about 15 minutes early! The nurse practitioner gave me instructions on how often to take my medicine & details on the side effects. I would definitely come back:)

Visited this care center on 6/20/24 returning home from a long trip. I arrived around 3:30 and was seen, diagnosed, and given a presciption. I was in and out of this pristine facility in less than an hour. Miracle. I have to commend the intake worker, Joseph, and the excellent help from Lauren Kerr FNP. She was thorough and so pleasant. Very impressive. I have also visited this facility once before and will not hesitate for urgent care there in the future. Hats off to Lauren Kerr and Joseph........

I had a positive Covid test with symptoms. I got an appointment right away, the medical staff saw me without much of a wait time. It was very quick and easy and I felt like I received very good medical care.

All the staff members were great. Mannerism wise and helpful, BUT they only have one provider on location. I had already signed up online and entered all my info in and it still took them 45 mins to take me in when there was only one person ahead of me. It looked very abandoned from inside. All in all something was lacking and I will just go to patient first the next time.

You get a nurse practitioner who doesn’t really examine you; I would either go to see my own physician or go to another urgent care; not going back here

Went here for a walk-in visit on a weekday early evening. All the staff at this location were awesome. Was in and out in less than 30 mins.

Overall great experience. Treated with respect, empathy and understanding. Made me feel at ease with discussing my problem with detail. Never any judgement felt. Receptionist Joe was warm and welcoming while kat and Kerr were responsive and understanding to my concerns and made me feel at ease through the whole process.

Plenty of space in the waiting room and doctor spending a good amount of time explaining things.

This place was great. I had gone to my General Practitioner for something, and I believe I spent more time in the waiting than with the Doctor. They told me to go to a different doctor. But I couldn’t get an appointment for another week. I needed someone to actually pay attention and help me. I eventually gave up and went to urgent care, and I regret not doing it sooner. Everybody was really nice here. The PA did more for me than my actual GP. I will be forever thankful for her providing me relief, and actually caring. I highly recommend this place. They actually take care of you.

This is a convenient, spacious location. Staff are generally caring and compassionate. Ive visited twice. The first time, I was in and out in 20min. The second visit took 1hr. Both times were with appointment, on a weekday, and there wasnt a lot of people in the waiting area.

I have been to this location several times and was happy with the staff and doctors; however my last visit was with an African America female who was rude and arrogant. She rolled her eyes and had a terrible bed side manner. My husband saw this same doctor this past Friday and he had the same experience. Am sorry to say we won’t be returning to this location.

Was grateful that they did additional test to see what may have caused symptoms I was experiencing. Able to get me an earlier follow up appointment. I was so impressed. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

You will have to explain your medical problem the FNP at least 5 times, maybe more. She needs to improve on her listening skills.

Excellent and efficient staff. We were out of town on vacation and needed a quick check-up for a viral infection. The people here were great. Very friendly and took the time to listen to our concerns and provide us with the proper help that we needed. Very thankful.

I can’t speak to the level of care a provider would have offered because I showed up at 12:10 for my 12:26 time slot and the door was locked. I waited until 12:40 and gave up. An older woman with mobility issues was also waiting, and desperate to see a provider. The UPS driver that also stopped by told us that he had been trying to deliver something all morning to no avail, but kindly and patiently provided the other woman with suggestions for other urgent care options in the area. This place is an absolute joke- the name implies that patients are seeking quick medical attention, not to waste time with locked doors and no one answering the phone.

Went here paid more than my usual urgent care. Begged for them to give me antibiotics but was refused just cuz strep was negative. I still had a diff bacterial infection. Because of this I dealt with it another 2 weeks. Went to LMG and they got me on antibiotics without testing me right away and it helped me immediately feel better.Wont be coming here anymore

Ran away from patient first due to having a 2/3 hours wait time... Came here to this very spacious and new location. Medical Assistant and the Nurse were very cordial and professional. We were seen very quickly. You could also reserve a spot online, which is amazing! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Will not be going again. I went with an earache, was the only one there, the receptionist was not super welcoming, but effective. I was seen by Rosie, who suggested an ear flush. The flush was weak and didnt do the job. I was sent to an ENT, who basically just flushed my ear correctly and my ear is now fine. I gave them a 3 star review, for not doing their job, only to get a call from the manager the next day to convince me to increase my rating. That was just not ok, they didnt do the job and I had to go to another provider only for them to do the same thing they could not do. I will not be visiting again and will warn others about it. Stay away, there are plenty of great providers in the area. Nothing against INova, I love them and everyone in my family uses them, but I will stay away from this one.

Excellent care and attention. Highly recommend this location. Check in was a breeze and the Nurse Practitioner was wonderful and thorough when explaining the treatment plan to me.

Great location but terrible experience - waited for 45 minutes just to get registered!! and there was only one new patient ahead of me, person at front desk needs more training and better customer service skills, especially working at a fast paced office. Most INOVA urgent cares can get up to 5 stars, but this one this improvement.

What is the point going to an urgent care if all they have is Tylenol for pain managementI have been having extremely painful arthritis attack and they did not had any thing which will help.Additionally the check in staff was dumb enough to make me walk back and forth for paperwork when they clearly see I was limping with a walking stick.Waste of time and effort.

I arrived wheezing for breath and was very promptly treated. I left breathing well with RXs and careful instructions. The Nurse Practitioner phoned me at home a few hours later to check on my condition and to report on my tests. This was superior and reassuring care.

I walked in around 2:20pm and the place was empty and nobody was at the front desk. A few minutes later, a lady shows up and ask what she can help me with. I asked if they accepted my insurance (which they do) and if the can see me now. She advised me that they are not seeing anyone at this time and are “catching up” on everything. She then states that I can come back later on or book in advance. I replied no thanks and left.

The clinic personnel were kind and caring. The spaces were spotless. I was in and out quickly.

Lauren Kerr FNP is an excellent provider. She is very thorough and takes time to understand your issue and treat. I would recommend her for your urgent healthcare needs.

This is a brand new, spacious and modern urgent care facility! Professional staff set us at ease and assured that we received a prompt and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan.

After i wait in Broadlands 40 minutes nobody do xrays,I have to go to hashbrook commons, Horrible service,the x-rays tech ask me why are there today. after I waiting 40 minutes he said he cant do xrays all over the places.Im in pain, specific him were I have the pain. exactly. I dont feel like trust him and comfort. I leave the place.

Made an 8:45am appt. Showed up at Ashbrook Commons. Door was locked. Then I got a text that theyre closed and to try somewhere else.If you cant staff a practice, you arent useful to patients who are sick and want your services.

In and out, no hassle. The doctor listened to my concerns and provided education and treatment to address them. I’d return if ever another non ER emergency.
